Yes. Even if your husband will not accompany you, you still must enter his details and provide some forms and documents from him as well as from yourself, including the marriage certificate. This is mandatory. You must also explain why he will not accompany you. It is possible to sponsor him later, but much easier if he accompanies you now.

Sir, If you are legally married you should have a legal marriage certificate issued by the competent authority of your country.

Its surprising your in laws are preventing you from getting a marriage certificate?

In any case, you or your spouse will apply individually ( either of you who is most eligible will be the Principal applicant), but you must mention the details of your spouse and children (if any) regardless of the fact, they accompanying you or not .

This is standard procedure!

Yes, it is required for anyone who is currently married or even for who was earlier married. Doesn't matter whether spouse is co-applicant or not

Legal marriage is when one has legal documents for the marriage, but we understand your point. You had a religious marriage ceremony is what you are saying!
Yes I have marriage certificate give by Sikh Gurdwara which is a registered body with government. Will this certificate work?

Hi Guys, I am new to this forum. My application for NOC 1112 category reached CIC office on 7th May 2014. My payment mode is DD and don't know whether it is encashed, as HDFC bank is not responding to me despite follow up. So far, I have not received PER number. However, based on my last years file number which has UCI number, I can see my status as "In process" and that they have received the file on 7th May 2014. Can anybody further explain what does that mean? Thanks.
