this is third time applying for immigration as 1112 Financial and investment analysts last two attempts caped reached dont know how but this time i have send my application at second week of may 2014 they received at (Delivery Date / Time: 27-May-2014 / 9:05 AM

i do checked the status of application every day now its second month running application reached at 116 and since then got no reply got no clue weather my application is in or not or they going to say the same cap got reached dont know how it works
can any 1got idea

CIC received my application today signed by D.MCCURAY after couriering to PO address. My question is how many days it will take to know if my application passed completeness check and it will not be sent back to me ??

I have some concerns on my Date of birth and Exp. letters etc. (DOB does not have my name on it , so I attached Notarized 10th memo and Notarized Indian Voter's ID card)

Exp letter are very short and does not show all the details. (so I attached W2's and for pay slips since Jan 2014).

If you have submitted sec school certificate having
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name
Then you dnt need to worry... Sec school certificate is considered as a proof of birth also....


Rest you will have to wait for atleast 2 months

Dear ALL

I am re submitting my application as previously I have forgot to add few documents, my application reached CIC on 12 July 2014

I don't know if it will be returned or rejected , up-till now i have received nothing from CIC and don't know how long to wait ?

I have prepared a new application but i am a bit confused should i submit the new application ???

1. Is it OK with CIC ??
2. Can you do application submission like this ??
3. Should i attach a covering letter with my new application with a reason mentioned that why i am submitting a new application .

Please share your experience.

.........REGARDING PROOF OF FUNDS..........

AFTER READING VARIOUS POSTS ABOUT PROOF OF FUNDS AND ALL, THIS HAS AWAKEN MANY QUESTION IN MY MIND. HERE ARE THEY :

1. I have made a fixed deposit of CAD 12000 and i will maintain this fixed deposit through out this process. But i cant show this money in my account statements of previous months. Can CIC demands account statements from past months because in that case i will be unable to give a reason as i have got this money after selling some gold (i dont have any offfcial record of it).

2. What should i do if CIC demands bank account statements of earlier months which i cant provide ?

labels can be hand written. Best way is to print both labels on an A4 sheet, cut it into two parts and enclosed with application.

Can I show my employee provident fund as a settlement fund? I can borrow this money on 2nd day when l leave job....

I should think that would work because it's some form of savings and it's even secured because u can't probably withdraw it till u're leaving work which you have to do once u're going to land.
I did the same anyways!
