Guys am wondering do we need to send the PCC along with the application?

Plz someone help me with Birth Certificate Query. I do not have a birth certificate So I took a proof of Birth issued from Consulate (which is derived from passport). But I have heard its not valid.
Could some one tell me how can I get replacement for the same. As I am out of my home country I am not able to get a Notarized Affidavit for same.

Some of the documents that we need to send to the CIO are copies. What do they mean by copies? Are they asking for just photocopies or certified true copies (a certified true copy is a copy that is attested by a notary public)

where is the revised list of 'eligible occupations' ? The one posted under this thread doesn't contain 2147 and 0211.
Can anybody help to suggest any alternative to 2147 as basically i have 3 years experience under 2147 and in addition to that, 2.5 years managerial level experience. So in which category can i apply if 2147 and 0211 is eliminated.

Unfortunately, both NOCs are not requested by FSWP this year

I think if they need notarized copy, they have to indicate it. Just read the guide well and follow instructions

I have 2 more queries

1) I am married since September, 2013 but till now I haven't changed name and address in my passport so should I apply with the same passport or I need to re-issue it with new name and address? and if I apply with the same passport, it will create any problem in my fsw application as I will put marriage certificate in application

2) I am applying for 2173 and I will have reference letter/contracts/pay stubs from my present employer and I am also having reference letter from my previous employer. but should I have to show pay contracts and pay stub of my all previous employer??

Yes its photocopies only which need to be notarized...

I have a question, can I submit my employment certificate which is 8 months old? I have this paper which I submitted previously with my application but it was returned because the cap was reached. I don't want to ask my employer for a new paper this time.

thanks for the quick reply.
It is kind of hard to get a new one especially that I have requested it twice before. (I had an issue with CIC rejecting me because the first certificate did not mention my duties so I had to talk a lot with my employer to accept issuing a new certificate including my duties)

I think this time I get a normal certificate stating I am currently still working in the same company and attach it to the old certificate which includes the duties.

Big question for me.

Can a couple send 2 separate applications with husband as primary applicant in one (Wife as co-applicant) and wife as primary applicant (Husband as co-applicant) in second?

I am at 70 points and my wife at 65 points without each others IELTS.

If she has to cross 67, she would need my IELTS. If I send my IELTS scorecard with her application, what will I send in my application?
