Its same sentences, just to explain better i have listed down 20 duties among which all 20 will be listed in current company A letter but in the previous one company B it will be 15 or the one before company C would have less than 10.Century said:Same words could be OK but should not be same sentences in two different reference letters; it may raise suspicion on genuineity of the reference letter.
But every letter would have some common or rather company B duties are built on company C and Company A duties are built on Company B and C cause its progressive in nature so same sentenced duties.
Cause if i want to say participated in requirement analysis or facilitated testing or developed use cases so no matter what it will be the similar wordings
So if i should not have same sentence or rather common duties...i have 5.7 yrs experience in current organisation and the other i am showing is of 1 yr... so effectively i am showing 6.7 years of experience. so the query is should i exclude the previous company B letter and still i will get complete points?
Century thanks from everybody to everybody for being patient to all query and replying with the best approach in mind.
