I got my medical request recently. Do you think it means that I have passed the processing stage or no?
My full time work experience has some conflicts with my study so people keep saying they might reject my application. Do you think the medical request is a good sign?

The main duties listed in NOC 2173 match exactly with my overall work experience. I have over 9 years of IT experience developing software applications. In my current employment, i play the role of a Software Architect and my main duties include, Technical Design, Requirement Analysis, Development, Integration, Deployment and Maintenance of Software Applications. I also lead a team of software developers for projects.

However it also mentions under "Employment Requirements" about the need for
"bachelor's degree, usually in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering or mathematics or Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required."

However my Bachelor's of Engineering (4 year) degree field of study is "Electrical and Electronics Engineering".. This is now throwing me off... is this mandatory or just illustrative?

Unfortunately no one knows... its all a waiting game. But I suspect it shouldn't be too long now.

My theory is that the 7-9 May period is the most crowded one and CIC I am sure is trying to ensure that these are processed as quickly as possible to avoid a backlog building up.
As we all know once charged applications are very unlikely to be returned, so then CIC can put some focus on PER's afterwards, with less of a burden.

Would a genetic disorder ( currently no treatment) in dependent child will disqualify the FSW petition in medical phase?

My lawyer does not think it would cause a disqualification because genetic disorders;
a) are not easy to diagnose (if not visible to the eye)
b) it is not a blood disease.

Write it in your own words. of course, you can't write technical details in your own words but other than that, it should not be a copy paste job.

For some reason, Fedex guys took my application to send to PO BOX address. My Question is

Do we have to show any documents. I have a HDFC salary account. Let me know.
I spoke to an Assist manager here in Hitech city HDFC madhapur Hyderabad, that lady made me mad as she was denying more than 3 months

I just said i need a DD for 1100 CAD and they said they will charge 500rs and i should have a savings account with them for that and also they asked me to fill the form i mentioned the details like address passport number and whom it should address along with address.

In half an hour they gave me the cheque which can withdrawn at nova scotia bank.
