The specs says 35mm by 45mm with ones face in the centre

It says face can only be Max 30mm. Ours are little bit more. Does anyone know if they return package or just ask new pics?

yes... you also can apply in this NOC. But make sure to include the keywords mentioned in resposibilities of NOC 2173 by CIC in your reference letter.

Don't worry, 8th has just started 7th is definitely going on .... seemingly ur app is stuck with some slow reviewer. We have previously seen many instances where 5-6th may apps got charged after 1 week of first 7th may app. Note that FCFS is for particular date, inside that date its pretty random, so don't focus on the fact that ur app was one of the first few on 7th May. In-fact in my opinion, its still crying for some fresh air below other 7th may apps received afterwards. So, DONT LOOSE HOPE!!!

Just see above, one of the 7th May guy just got charged.


Moreover, to be on safe side (ur fear that the lawyer is hiding the rejection) just communicate to ur lawyer in very polite and indirect way that "be ready to share reasons for rejections, if God forbid it happens" and if reason is their negligence they will have to return every penny including ur out of pocket expenses else u will report them to CIC (hopefully they are registered). Also, make them realize that u r open to rejection, as u have ample time to re-apply after sorting out the issues.

Yes dear respect your words... They are registered firm... actually I was not in a mood to give my application through any consultant...but the circumstances forced me..... a lot of work in office....hence hardly get any time to spare with family at that time, I dont wanna to take risk thats y.. I hope they are not lying ... I reffered another person to them as well... good connection with them .... and they are proffesional till this time (sending reply to every mail in short span of time)..
