Just Checked My ECAS Status... Its showing "In Process"| "We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014"
But Still a bit nervous, since havn't got PER mail & used DD for payment so could not track whether its encashed or not.
NOC:2174, App. reached on 7th May, 2014 10:47 a.m

Hi I am new here.

I have some question regarding WES evaluation.

I have sent the required paper for evaluation. They received it on 18 june, 2014.

The document status keys shows as follows.

"Accepted" The document has been accepted.

"Not Received" WES has not received the required document. Please review the document requirements for your country.

"Not Acceptable" The document received is not acceptable because it does not meet WES document requirements. You must resubmit the required document(s) as specified. Please review the document requirements for your country.

"Received Documents Awaiting Verification" The document was received and WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution. WES is waiting for the institution's response. WES reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents that it receives.

They also sent a email stating that they have sent documents to my university for verification.
it also showed "awaiting verification" and now shows "Documents received-review in progress"


Do I need to resubmit??? I already know that they made an contact with my university and as far as I know my university has sent the reply (Most probably by email)..

What should I do?? I have sent 3-4 emails to them .. NO answer..

Documents received-review in progress is a valid status update from WES. You should expect the status to change to 'Evaluation Complete' once your review is done. This will happen no sooner than 10 days from the current status.

You meant vice versa right...1st address for courier?
I am sending by courier so 1st address as per ur link. i think u did it by mistake. thanks a lot for the link

Guys, Is there particular order the application is recommended to be arranged before sending?
Also, which forms needs to be filled for wife and kid?
If we are showing assets, do we need to attach evaluation copy of the property?

I was hoping update from FBI guys would be of the latest ground situation like Mike is doing 'this' today or Krszwda will do 'that' today LOL. Now this news is outdated by more than an hour!

I was on an assignment to get get the CIC guys working ,didn't know they would be that fast in updating the website,don't blame me , just thank me for getting them busy.......

No thats not correct. They have processed many more than 14 .

Only 14 have been found complete and eligible , while others rejected /returned.

Hello All,

I want suggestion/ comments from everybody who has made it through the first stage.

I have the company experience letter on letter heads last time i sent originals and this time iam getting another set of originals should i send originals or copies for the following

1.Company Experience Letters with duties?
2.POF Fixed Deposit Bank certificate?

I ams ending following originals for the following
1.All FSW pdf forms
2.ECA
3.IELTS
4.PCC
5.Photos
6.DD ( I checked with HDFC international DD is valid for 6months and i got it today)
7.Birth Affidavit with cover letter (copy of 10th marksheet)
8.Same Name Affidavit with cover letter ( Used different combination of names with initials including father name so clarifying)

I am sending following as copies/photocopy attested
1.Passport (applicant n spouse)
2.Work experience (offer,Merit Increase,Sal stubs, Form16 and ITreturns) Except Duties or experience Letters
3.Marriage Ceritifcate

I request all the reply and comment on this tomorrow i am planning send the package again

SO, I just wanted a bit more clarification. If it is a procedural delay or delay in updating the status then fine...

They should not.

But they can ask bank certificate on your DD and it's status.

What do you mean by status?

I have a letter on bank letter head from bank manger stating the amount, FD date and maturity date and value.

I also have the photocopy of FD certificate.

Will it be sufficient?

I am not sure why HDFC is giving me fake information. They are saying the DD is going to be valid only for 3 months.
Is this true. Did anyone get a DD from HDFC. Please help

I did get it from HDFC and i got it today and i confirmed the validity is for 6months.
