Put it along with ECA report while sending FSW application.

If the documents are not originally in native language.......if they are in English language by default,he or she does not need to notorize.
Notification is only meant for documents that have been translated to English.
itexpert,if you have not done any translation,and they are in English by details,go ahead and submit the photocopies without notification.

Hi Buddies! Does anyone whose application received on May 6th still not got charged? (using CC with a limit of $3000, so there is no such charge failure issue)

I called the CIC call center and the agent told me there is no data of mine yet.
They say that they will contact me within 10 weeks after application received, yet it is already 9 weeks.
Does any one share similar experience? My NOC 2173

One person from our forum - Relima has already shared personal experience of returned application due to missing diploma / degree copy.. pls check fourth last raw of spread sheet..

What else papers are missing except the transcript copy ??? i am in similar situation i also didn't send the transcript copy / my diploma copy.
I request all members please share your experiences, if some had their application returned due to this reason.Should i wait to hear any news from CIC as its already a month now since i have sent my application.

Current average time between encashment and PER is 14 days and maximum is 24 days. For 7th may, it will go up. See the calculation of period in the sheet named Times of our FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet

my ECAS status shows "In Process" and my status inside is "We have receieved your application on 7th May". I did not recieve any PER email, is PER email diff. than it tell u that ur application is forwarded to VO for further check? or is it the confirmation that VO has clear ur application for next level of Medicals and PP..??

Dear Senior Members,

I have marketing/sales experience of 9+ years.
Applying for category 1123.
Have 71 points calculated.
All case ready except DETAILED experience letters.

Problem is arising of "new experience letter" issuance from an ex company i served for 3 years.
I mean "duties & responsibilities, salary details,work hours".
Although its a national scale orgnaization, still highly bureaucratic in its system/working style.

I am after them to give the required letter but no success yet.

My query:
1-WILL the experience letter they gave me earlier, stating "designation"and & "time period" i worked there, ENOUGH?

2- How can justify if they donot give required letter?

Firstly ....if you already have 71 points.......the elusive experience letter will only at most take away about 3 or 4 points from your points........you will still meet the minimum 67 points.Unless if this experience letter is the one that concerns the NOC you are applying for but from the way i understood your explanation....it's not as it seems to me you formerly worked there.
My first option is that you can always let it go without bothering yourself maybe CIC will accept your letter of reference or not.
1.The experience letter i understood its full entirety may not be enough as per CIC requirement but it depends on case handling officers.

2.To justify the letter .....which will make you stop worrying about request 1,Get an affidavit to explain the fact that it is against your company ethics nd procedure to issue the type of reference letter required by CIC.Also,use the opportunity to declare your specific duties as related to your official duties and interested NOC.Include also your salary,working hours and duration of employment.
If possible ,get your direct boss or manager to write a reference for you on plain sheet.
You will be fine with all these suggestions.

Yes your all docs should be notarized. WES report should be original to send with application.

I got my PER mail on 18 June (my application reached on May 5).

As per the current status on CIC, it says "In Process - We received your application on May 5".

What can I expect next? Will I get AOR from New Delhi Visa Office? Will I get email for PCC and after that for Medicals ?

When should I expect it (I mean how long does it take) ? Also, should I send my PCC to New Delhi Visa Office with a covering letter and mention my UCI, Application Number and Payment Receipt number? Thanks.

Yes you will receive AOR from NDVO. They will email you regarding their demand for PCC, MR, PPR etc etc

Hi,

1. Designation and time period will not be enough .Letters without clearly defined roles and responsibilities, is unacceptable by the CIO.

2. One way of proving unavailability of required letters could be email correspondence with the concerned person at your organization

3. However , above e-mail correspondence will need to be accompanied with :

- Cover letter why you are unable to provide the necessary document
- Get the roles and responsibilities signed by your supervisor/manager on A4 paper, if unable to get on letterhead
- Other supporting documents as mentioned on the checklist
