i am also facing similar type of problem. However, an alternate way i have thought is to get such detail from ex-boss/manager. It can be in his official email. I spoke to him and he told his limitation to provide on letter head. I think email will work as a proof too..
Secondly, for salary & benefits, job offer letter also accepted as proof. Salary slips, Tax deduction certificates etc also helpful.

I have marketing/sales experience of 9+ years.
Applying for category 1123.
Have 71 points calculated.
All case ready except DETAILED experience letters.
Problem is arising of "new experience letter" issuance from an ex company i served for 3 years.
I mean "duties & responsibilities, salary details,work hours".
Although its a national scale orgnaization, still highly bureaucratic in its system/working style.
I am after them to give the required letter but no success yet.
My query:
1-WILL the experience letter they gave me earlier, stating "designation"and & "time period" i worked there, ENOUGH?
2- How can justify if they donot give required letter?
