Hi, I sat for idp ielts on June 21 and was expecting result today. But got this mail:

As part of the quality control procedures designed to protect the integrity and security of the IELTS test, test results are routinely analyzed before they are issued to candidates. Unfortunately, your result is still being processed so it has not been possible to analyze it yet. The analysis will be conducted when the processing of your result is completed. Test Report Forms will be issued on 11th July 2014.

Hope its nothing serious. Anybody else also facing such situation ?

I don't think so.....Proof of Income shud only be Bank Statement or Payslip...

'coz noone sitting in canada can calculate ur income just by looking at ur EPF....i am not even sure if every country has concept of mandatory PF...or definitely % will be different in each country.....so it can't be taken as standard

EPF is valid..In previous years people has shown EPF and was never questioned about. EPF statement itself has specification ...!!

Seniors please help me on this.

My WES evalution is in progress. IELTS is on 10th July. Looking for one of the NOCs in 2171, 73, 74 (Believe, I am suitable for all three)

1) My first company has emailed me back saying they cannot provided detailed experience letter, if required get it done from a manager. My manager, 5 years back in that company is no more. :'( What should I do? I worked here for 4 years.
2) Second company said they cannot give detailed letter and they prohibit anyone from their company to give a letter in this regard even on personal capacity. I have an email from them stating this clearly. So I cannot get letter from my manager as well. Worked 3 years here.
3) Company 3 has agreed to provide detailed letter, here i worked only 5 months.
4) My current company, once they know that I am trying for a visa, I am sure that they will start ignoring me in upraisals. :-[ I have 5 months experience here, in a dilemma as to ask for a letter or not.

I have offer letter, relieving letter, hike letters, role change letters, payslips (both offshore and onsite), form-16s and acknowldegemetns for every month/year. Even bank statements of every month.

Please help me how to proceed with each company mentioned above.

Please verify with them why they havent given you any score unless you were absent which is clear that you were not. I also took the first test with IDP and i was startled to see my result it was horrible. after that i took BCD test and got excellent grades. anyways, i think with this score you cant apply in FSW

i got my IETLS score (overall = 6.5)

CIC points
L 6.5 => 4
R 7 => 6
W 5.5
S 6.5 => 5

There is no points for Writing. Am i eligible for applying FSW. i'm really nervous now
I have prepared all docs and waiting for IELTS score, i'm totally disappointed with IDP

Hey Mssb,

When was your file received? According to SS your file was received on 8th May, 2014 and you are paying by DD and if I am not wrong you say that your fee has been en cashed on 24-06-2014...

No one of 8th May claimed the fee en cashed until yesterday and that also CC not DD but your entry is strange. When did you come to know about DD en cashed?

If your data is true then that means CIC started on 8th May long way back than yesterday.

hi i am 2174 applicant .My file reached on 7 may .i have paid payment by draft .but still my draft is not cleared .I am worried ? any comments plz..

I have done Bachelor of Engineering (4years) and MBA. My WES credential review states Two Bachelors Degree (four years). How many point do I get?

Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees- get 22 points

But how come being an MBA degree holder it wasn't given Masters equivalent to you ??
Can I ask which country and Uni did you do your MBA from??

he is not asking abt "proof of funds" .....he is talking abt "proof of Income" ....are u sure people gave EPF statement as proof of 'income' ???

Dont worry!!!! There are many 7th May applicant waiting for their CC/DD in cashed. majority of them havent got their PER as well.
So dont panic just calm down and have faith in God

For everyone who has used/planning to use Nitro Pro PDF Software to fill in the Fee Payment Form:
Beware there have been many cases reported in this forum including by me where this software changes credit card number automatically after saving the Fee Payment file. You may end up taking print with the wrong credit card number and sending to CIO, which would result in your file being rejected due to invalid CC No. as has happened with user SSPT.

So please do double/triple recheck even if you have sent your application already as this will help you realize the issue before it is pointed out by CIO. Do not use this software at all for filling credit card information on the Fee Payment form
