Can any one tell me If its NER, will get back money that cc charged?

Hello nb_....friend as far as I know the fee is refunded if its negative at CIC level and even till the case is transferred to LVO (though it takes much longer time at this stage)but once your case is PROCESSED by LVO and found negative then absolutely its non refundable these details are given some where in CIC website. Ministry of Labour says that you cannot take a day off before or after Statutory holiday. Otherwise they are not eligible for Statutory holiday pay.

If you are thinking application might be returned for not having self addressed labels (envelopes not asked, only labels asked), please do not worry it will most likely not come for that!! May 7th packages will continue to be checked all next week. Good luck!

PS - One May 7th package did come back (posted on Jun 16th and delivered in India on Jun 25th). It has been re-sent yesterday or today.

thats one thing, but mine is NOC 2133 and my work experience letter does not contain exact keywords as in the NOC duties and responsibility guide. BUt i though being Digital FGPA design engineer is quite self explanatory for NOC 2133, shame

Hi, my application was received on May 12th, still waiting. Since you sent yours on May 29, when was it received? You might have to wait up to 6 weeks or more to get feedback (PER by email) that your application was accepted for further processing. If your application was rejected, you won't get any mail. Your package will be returned to you by regular mail. You'll have to check your mailing address for that. Best of luck to you

All their Leave Applications for Mon is Rejected by the BOSS, given the workload.
BOSS has put a condition : If you want a day off on Mon then clear All 7th May Applications before weekend and leave will be granted 8)

Second that.

UPS and FEDEX have more penetration in North America as these companies are based out of this region. DHL is a European company with better coverage locally (obviously). Between Fedex and UPS; UPS road network is far better than Fedex. Fedex, on the other hand is leader in air transport. The region we are concerned about is better connected by road; therefore, UPS is the best bet. 8)

UPS is the best from India, my packet was deliverd in 3 days. Fedex is about five, six Days and DHL is nonsense.

Nothing beats UPS for delivery to NS.

For WES no difference between fedex and UPS.
