I hope in the 2nd Application I am going to send shortly, I can re-send the following which I received in the returned application:

1. IELTS Scorecard
2. WES education credential report
3. PCC (Police Clearance Certificates)

Note: The entire document set which I received has a punch-hole in the top left corner, made by CIC officials. I hope that hole doesn't terminate the "Original" status of these documents.

Bro Did CIC return the original IELTS & ECA report? It's real cool if they did but i have heard that they won't return the originals.

When CIC asked for funds. If we withdrawn by that time can we deposit again & give them the new FD's bond. Hope that can't be a issue. I mean there is no specification that the bond should be these many months old.etc........

Yes, when the VO asks for the proof, you should show it...thats it... but we dont know what they would ask, if they would ask the history or just the balance certificate at that point in time...

Hello everyone.

A lot is generally discussed about getting the Reference Letters in the required format. Although i have applied for the FSWP 2014 but there is still something bothering me which i wanted to ask about.

I have worked in a company on two different positions (in two different cities and different departments), the reference letters i got from both the supervsiors are also in different formats, i mean both have the logo of the company but the format of it is different (one has address of the department/office written in the footer while the other has the complete address of city/office written on top of the page near the logo and company name).. Is this ok? Or it should have been on the same format (Note Please: It has all the required things needed)

VO usually asks for specific info such as last 6 months statements (even if FD was sent). Yes, there is no requirement of bond being X months old, but they may ask for a trail to ensure that you had the funds in liquid form and not borrowed from somewhere else.

Seems Manila office is following CIC-Ottawa foot steps.

As processing time is out of your control, best option is to write them an email at your earliest, explaining the situation and which docs you can provide by the deadline.

If they don't agree, your wife may fly to Japan (i think its 4 hr flight) if she has valid visa and reapply.

Wait for PER email. Status update is good but we are not sure until we get PER. Our application was rejected last year after showing in progress
