Hi all,

I am a 7th May applicant and CC got charged a few days back. I had applied last year and got rejected as CAP reached, got a UCI number though mentioned in the returned package. I am checking the status with the same UCI number but its coming up that the number is unidentified. Should I wait to check the status till I get the PER ?
Will highly appreciate your help.

It is relatively hot NOC. My suggestion is to resend ASAP. You may take other's opinion.

Hello Admin/Seniors,

Have a serious doubt,I know this has been clarified,but couldnt get a clarity.

We have submitted Birth certificate,but name is no there in the certificate,but dob,parents name are all present.by the way we are from India.We have submitted 10th certificate as well,which has name and dob in it.

I dono if it is sufficient.Pls help if not,should we attach the affidavit?we have already sent the application.Is there something i could do?pls help

Affidavit is the best and only option. If application already sent, try to stop it. If already delivered, please wait.

Could be but you can't always say that. They won't employ so many people to only receive letters. With the officer, the tend to do all sort of jobs starting from phone reception to investigation- I am telling it from the experience of one person working in an embassy.

oh yeah then call them back from leave... tell them its an emergency. we r waiting desperately for some good news from cic.

I am about to send a 2nd application after 1st application was returned on June 24th. Please tell me that apart from fresh copies of all that's mentioned on Document checklist do I need to send a copy/original of anything from the 1st returned application?

I suppose you will have to include all supporting docs from previous application (being a 7 May Applicant) all your docs should still be valid.

Minus of course your experience letter, which should obviously be redone ...

I am sure you have done it but I would also just go through the guide/checklist to double check I have done everything as expected.

Seems Manila office is following CIC-Ottawa foot steps.

As processing time is out of your control, best option is to write them an email at your earliest, explaining the situation and which docs you can provide by the deadline.

If they don't agree, your wife may fly to Japan (i think its 4 hr flight) if she has valid visa and reapply.

1. Japanese PCC needs 2 months (minimum) from outside. I am waiting my PCC though I have applied for that around 1st week of April. My wife applied for her PCC on June 18, 2014. It is obvious that I ll not receive her PCC with in 30 days.

I have decided to close my laptop, tab and anything that gives me access to check on my app status for a week. It's very stressful ..... I'll see after a week and maybe seeing some move in dates and app status will be pleasing

I was submitted my application under NOC 2173 on June 5th, I attached all my offer, experience and re-leaving letters with my application.

But I didn't attached any reference letters (with roles and responsibilities) with the application and currently by looking into the forum I am really bothering about my situation.

Seniors, please let me know whether my application will be in the game or out of the game. what to do???? :'( :'(

If your experience letters covers roles and responsibilities then that would do!!!! And if that has the reporting manager/HR contact details then there is no need of separate ref letter

ECA is not a problem as it comes with 2 copies. 2nd copy of IELTS needs to be requested from the test center.

My dialect calls it Ebun.....in more reverence to God,we call it EbunOluwa.(God's Gift).
I think the PR as an Edi can only be facilitated by the favour of God.....In other way,its God's Gift....God's Eidi.
