I am planning to file my application for FSW Canada. I am done with my IELTS, ECA. Now i am confused regarding my experience letter.

I started my carrier as Telecommunication Engineer (Company A for 8 Months) likely to be NOC 2147 , and then i changed to another company (Company B for 5 years and 9 months till now ) likely to be a combination of NOC 0131(Telecommunication carriers managers) and NOC 2173 (telecommunications software specialist).

My current job duties are a mix of NOC 0131 (90% Match) and NOC 2173 (90% Match).

Also in my current company i was promoted 3 times from engineer->Senior Engineer->Technical Leader->Senior Technical Leader.

So my question is:

1. Which NOC should i apply ?
2. Should i get experience letter for all the designations or just current designation?

Note: I donot have team/people supervision experience.

Hi,

Please help me to get my NOC classification right.

I was planning to apply under NOC 2263 but to my dismay I noticed that my roles and responsibilities are similar to 2222 NOC which is not listed under
FSWP.

I was misled by the profile in NOC 2263 which has a cross reference of job profile NOC no. 2222 .

I read through their NOC manual under 2222 category it states

 Inspectors in public and environmental health
and occupational health and safety (2263)

I would like to apply as a food inspector. A passing reference is mentioned in 2263 about Food inspector.

could someone pls help in explaining these cross reference within categories.

what i feel is that 8 may ppl need to wait till mid of july as the reason wise cic still struggling with the tsunami of 5-6-7 may.
Even i have ppl in my group that have sent app before me and still waiting to be charged.

I just sent statement letter issued by bank showing latest balance and 3 months average balance.

AAh I thought so. This is what the reason I asked you this question.

If you had sent them detailed (every transaction) minimum 3 months bank statement they would not have asked you for this.

But anyways as Ashif suggested, go ahead with that.

For RPRF how much I have to pay is it CAD$490 (altogether) or do I have to pay CAD$980( CAD$490 for me and CAD$490 for my spouse) ??

Hello,

I have below doubts regarding the documents required for FSW:

1). I am working with a IT giant in India. Yesterday I went to my HR to talk about the work experience certificate, but he refused to give me my certificate which have my roles and responsibilities on a company's letterhead. He told me they can only provide my full name, current designation, joining date, company's contact information (telephone, fax, email etc). He asked me to check if there is any alternative to this, to display my roles in a different manner or not. Please suggest if there is any.

2). I am single now. Though my brother and brother-in-law is living at Canada and my parents live inn India. So regarding Proof of Funds, do I have to show $11,824 (CAD), which is for 1 family member or do I have to show $24,920 (CAD), which is for 5 family members ?

3). My brother is living in Canada right now and he just got his PR in this January. So what all documents are required from his side to get me 5 points fro him ? Also will it work if he send me the photocopies of his documents and I pint them out here and include in my application? OR there is any other way to show those documents?

4). Please suggest me if I should focus on some other document which may take longer time to get, so I can apply quickly once I get my WES certificate.

NOC 0131: Not in the eligible list
NOC 2147: Insufficient experience (less than 1 month) and not in the eligible NOC list.
NOC 2173: In the eligible list and you have enough experience on this. So, this is your intended occupational NOC.

To claim points against your experiences, you need to provide experience letter for all the designations.
