Your PER mail will come in 2 weeks just check your mail one time a day preferably closing time of CIC ... You have to check the SPAM folder as well. I want to tell one thing in common... if CIC charged for your application means .... accepted unless they found discrepencies ...( mostly in background check) ... so relax and enjoy ur weekend ....I am a 7th may applicant (9:47 am) , I saw 6 people in category got CC charged ( their application received after mine)...still I am hopeful.. In your case its over.

Dear applicants,

I have 2 simple questions.

1 - My ICAS status shows as this:
06/19/2014 Additional Info / Documents Received
Does it mean all the documents have been received and there is no need to send anything else? Or can they still ask me for other documents?

2 - In order to prove that we have the minimum amount of money, CIC requires us to send our account statements showing how much money we have, right? Do we need to have that translated as well even though it is consisted mainly of numbers?

Question:

I have an Job offer and my current employer is working on my LMO.
I sent the application on 5/30/2014 with just the job offer letter without the LMO.
I sent because i did not know when the LMO will be ready and because i already had 69 points.

My employer called me yesterday and said the the LMO will be issued in a week, what should i do?

1- Apply for work permit, move to Canada and wait for the FSW.
2- Send the LMO to CIC ( if that is possible once i did not apply for Arranged Employment )
3- Send another FSW under Arranged Employment.

Any ideas?

Anybody from from New Delhi Visa Office got their file transferred to NDVO from CIC?

I can not see any entry for File Transfer for NDVO, Only one entry for Beijing China file transfer.

Letter Of Reference - that we get from HR for job duties

Having LOR on a plain paper reduces the legitimacy of the document .

If you have scored sufficient points on your FSW, they will process your FSW application and you need not worry about it for now. If your LMO is approved, you can apply for a work permit and come to Canada. Note that your first FSW application will still be processed. Be sure to update CIC on your new job.
