I was hoping the CIC would update the cap this week... Cause I applied under the hottest noc 1112... Application filed on 12th May... In case the rush is Too much under this noc.. was planning to get together the doc for my wife to apply under noc 1113 as she is into re insurance brokering... Just need some guidance if I should start with Wes process for my wife...

Be safe, get her going! Worst case scenario, you spent WES money then get your PER and you don't need to apply with your wife.

Hello.

One of the applicant recieved MR request that too after 13 days of PER.
It was too fast. So r CIC not sending applications back to local visa office and r requesting for MR.
Or it could also show that they did pass it to local office and local office processed it fast..
Any comments frnds ! !

Security property says printing not allowed. and I doubt if we can even change it

I just printed one copy.

The pop up message at before printing just remind that the form could be filled through computer or by hand.

Hello Everyone,

With regards to work experience - I do not have any letter that gives my roles and responsibilities and my company has refused to do so on their behalf.

My proposed solution - I am providing all other documents for proof of employment including offer, relieving and appraisal letters. They clearly write my job title as a business analyst. But for my roles and responsibilities, I am attaching a cover letter / affidavit which explains my situation and my resume. I am assuming that a consistent looking resume which shows my expe ence over the years should suffice.

I am wondering if this is alright? How do people go around this hurdle? I am sure not all companies would give a roles and responsibilities document. Moreover people do change job roles over the years while working at the same company.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

I am in the process of preparing my Application.
Here are the details:

My Current IELTS -- Expires on 06/30/2014.
WES Evaluation -- 07/07/2014.

Hence i will have to reappear for my IELTS: Which would be sometime in July /August. (Yet to book a slot)

Couple of Questions:
With the ABove details, What is your suggestion?

Will my application be accepted (Space Available) if i submit in Late July.
Any Idea when the next FSWP cycle will open again.

Any other Canada Immigration Program, that i can apply.

I see many people collaborating and helping each other out.
Help Appreciated.

May 1 : 1 MR + 10 PER + 1 CC + 5 Waiting
May 2 : 13 PER + 4 CC + 10 Waiting
May 3 : 1 PER + 1 Waiting
May 5 : 8 PER + 20 CC + 14 Waiting
May 6 : 16 CC + 16 Waiting
May 7 : 13 CC + 117 Waiting (Impressive 8))
May 8 : 67 (Love this Number )
May 9 : 51

its around 30% of waiting application per received day.... which either are rejected or waiting their turn.

so I assume then numbers of the 7th will look like total 130 application.... 40 waiting.................... now the question when they will move to the 8th of May applications....

My application reached today as I checked my application status on Fedex website. But do we also get some mail confirmation from CIC about the application receipt or is there a way to check application status ?

right guess...i missed the bus in 2013..hence everything was ready for me (PCC,FBI,Consulate clearance...i really wanted to clear my name )

First of all congrats for your medical request! I have a question what is Consulate clearance? Is it different from PCC? Thanks

you have enough time to apply - stay positive

2015 - there isn't any FSW - unless something directed

CIC is moving towards EOI (Expression of interest) which may replace FSW

so stick to 2014 and apply - you should be ok

No, the only confirmation you get is the signature of the person who received your parcel.
Check your Fedex tracking number and see if the signature matches with the ones we have in the spread sheet.
