Can someone explain this. In the 2011 notice from CIC, it is indicated there that the cap for nurses was filled in July 19, 2011 (The FSW 2011 started in July 01, 2011 and the cap was only 500)

But on their cap update for the completed applications on the cic website, which was encoded on the 2011 spreadsheet, it was around Sept 20, 2011 when the cap for nurses was filled.

To seniors, do you think that the cap for noc 3012 nurses has been filled by now?

hi, last time i had applied under category 2147 as computer network engineer but this time i have applied under 2281 since the duties were almost similar....what are the chances like...?last time i had not submitted offer letter,appointment letter and salary certificate....but this time i have sent all the docs.

No CC charged in 2881 till now.....any idea WHY?

Last time my file was returned as incomplete coz i had not given mine and spouse birth certificates but this time i have given everything......any idea if there was anything else needed?

i have mentioned my uci number from the last file in this file.

Yes, roles and responsibilities letter from the company suffice; ensure that it covers around 80% of duties mention in your NOC. Also, ensure everything mentioned in point 12 of document checklist is covered in your reference letter.

One more silly question, I had been to Canada three years down the line for higher studies. Had to come back due to some personal reasons.
Also had worked there on co-op work permit.

Now, my question is, will all my documents be verified by CIC? or will they verify only the documents since the time i came back?

Coz all the documents are the same that I had submitted during my student visa application and they were verified then, I believe.

Because, there is no 2881 NOCs this year. If you meant 2281, CIC update shows 5 and our spreadsheet shows 3.

Hi All,

I just had a small doubt with regards to filling in the Generic Application Form. It would be really great if any one could advise me on the same.

1. I had sent an application last year, however it got returned as the CAP limit was filled. It had the UCI no mentioned in the application.

Will I have to mention the UCI no in the application that I wish to send this year under my as well as my wife's Name?

Friends I have applied for 2281 and application was received on 13th May. My situation is as below:

1) My Education is 10 + 2 (Science), Diploma Electrical 4 Years, Distance MBA in IT management(2 Years), Credential evaluation is done last year and original sent (I am not sure result of eveluation).
2) I have 15+ Years of experience in IT networking / Communication and Security. Last 7 Years US exp rest is in India.
3) IELTS : L 7, R 6, W 6.5, S 7.5
4) I am 77 born.
5) My wife has similar band in IELTS.

I was in US untill last year Nov'13, I am not sure if that helps.
Also I am not sure about point calculation. Just wanted expert opinion if I am scoring enough points with my above situation?

Im applying for noc 2132 but have a question to ask.my designation does not match with sample of job title but my duties match 80%.ur designation should be same or only duties shud match .
