In NOC 2281 list of titles THERE ISN'T ANY TITLE ENDING WITH ' ENGINEER '.

In my case, job duties are quite similar but i have a designation of "Network Engineer"...so will it be a problem ?

No brother as long as ur job duties matches its not problem...but try to show below docs ...tht will make ur file stronger:

Work experience requirement:


1. Job duties on Company Letter head.
2. Full time /Working hour should be mentioned.
3. Company's seal if applicable

Additional:

5. Appointment/contract letter
6. Payslip (3 months will be enough)
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).

this is my first post in this forum....

I am planning to apply this FSW 2014 i have all the relevant documents but the experience letter. My employer will not give me the experience letter if i ask it for FSW. Even he will not be willing to answer on my behalf if i make the reference . Please advice what shall i do.

Brother in that case u can do....

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."

Will Provident Funds be considered as valid settlement funds? Should the bank savings account statements be attested by the bank? One of the members posted that I need to withdraw the amount (except the current employer). Only then the amount will be considered. But all my PF is with my current employer. Will a PF statement suffice?

Guys I just received a call from one of my friends. He is telling me PCC is a must for FSW2014. Can anyone confirm me whether it is mandatory to send with my application or CO will ask for it later?

No its a false information...u can submit on later stage...(when u get ur file number)...brother..

Unless otherwise updated by May,1st,2014 but as of the timing now,its not compulsory but "advisable" according to the instruction
If you are not including it,he/she may try to write/include a cover letter stating the reason why its not included.

my paternal uncle is PR in canada n im claiming 5 points for blood relation i have notarized all of my documents.
now do i have to notarize his documents ( PR card, passport, driving license, tax bill & credit card statement ) as well ? if yes then from where it should be notarized from india or canada as all of his documents r issued in canada

Brother U will not require to notarize ur uncle's doc...

ashif bhai.....if I use a separate page attached with 'IMM5406E' form to print Names in native language (Bengali), will it be okey?

Actually, In my last year document (lost in mail). I was able to print names (in Arabic) on the same document using Adobe Acrobat Professional. It was a little bit small though

Thanks for your response brother. One more clarification though. Below are the list of photocopies that I will notarize and attach with my application:
1. Passport
2. Work reference letter, offer letter and 2 months payslip for current employment
3. Work reference letters, offer letters and experience letters for previous work experience
4. Bachelor Degree transcript, certificate and all semester marksheets
5. Bank Certification/ Account Balance letter
6. Birth certificate
7. Marriage certificate

so, pls clarify if I require any other photocopy (except those mentioned above) to be notarized and attached with the applications. I am only mentioning photocopy doc required, not originals that are mandatory and definitely has to be included.

Last year applied for FSW and application rejected due to not filling the NOC code which is my mistake...

Now my doubt is will CIC have records of my data that i applied last year? My fees is also returned to me?

Why i am asking this is, i want to change my job title from Service engineer to Mechanical engineer. I can get the experience letter as mechanical engineer. But last year applied as service engineer any problem because of this??

If it should not be changed then tell me this, in schedule 3 12.a, wat i should fill in occupation ? Fill the occupation given by CIC or my job title "service engineer". Roles and responsibilities are same as mechanical engineer

Hello Friends,

I am applying for this years FSW program under 2174 occupation. I have some questions, it would be great if the seniors could help me getting the answers

1. I have applied for PCC and it is going to take almost 2 weeks more to get it done. It mentioned in the CIC website that i can send the PCC at a later stage. What do you guys feel is it safe to not send the PCC now and send it later?

2. What documents are required to be included for my spouse if she is also added as a dependant in the application? Since we got married recently i dont have her name on my passport, and neither does she have my name on her passport. I have her birth certicate and marriage certificate. Do you guys think we need to show any more documents?

Looking forward to a reply.
