I guess this is my fault thinking that since being a nurse is clear cut, job description is not needed anymore on the reference letter. Thank you for the info!

But there are things you can do to help yourself. Can you get a letter from someone else at that hospital who knew you and your duties? If not you can explain the situation in an annexure. You are right that being an accident and emergency nurse is fairly self-explanatory compared to many of the other eligible occupations. But take nothing for granted.

NOC 1112 was the first to fill, it was filled on 27th May 2013. On this day only a few lucky ones from this NOC got through and the rest were informed of the cap being filled.
Our positive thoughts are with everyone here....although the fact remains these prayers/ thoughts might not change destiny if one is late. So just hurry up and send. I am sure you'll be fine. Good luck!

I am in dilemma and not confirmed whether i can get reference letter from my hr. Sometimes it seems they will provide and sometimes they are telling there is no process like that they ca't give etc etc...meanwhile i already did one affidavit and kept ready alternate way for applying.

What you friends suggest for me. Should i wait more 1/2 week for office or will send without those doc. I really dont know what should i do now. my noc is 2171

One more question. My points are already above 67 if i do not count experience of present company. Can i apply without this experience? if yes what need to mention in application.

Yes! And FSW 2013 opened on 4th May that year.

If you can obtain letter from your previous employer containing your roles & responsibilities (assuming that the experience is in 2171 and its more than 1 yr), NO NEED to wait for current employer, CIC will process your application based on previous job. There is no condition of being eligible experience from current employer.

Incase you are the primary applicant on both the forms and your wifes form has all the details related to her family and she has signed her form. Then you do not need to resend the application.

Its a minor mistake and the application approval or rejection does not depend on this.

Hi Vinisha,

You need to order a duplicate report as advised by WES immediately. This is because you chose a different WES service apart from FSWP WES package. CIC is trying to verify your details from WES, hence the request to order a duplicate report.

Please try to do so immediately so that you can receive your PER. Follow the instructions in the email you received from WES.

After giving application for 2nd copy of IELTS on 28th APRIL, and after paying the required amount on 9th may, i got my IELTS copy after one month, i.e today.

And within an hour i sent all the package to CIC. Hope this time nothing goes wrong as my application package was returned deemed incomplete and lost some where last year./

And also i had filled all the forms on 29th may, and send my document today, . will that be a problem?

Q. 1.
Schedule 3
I am working in my current job for 4 years, first 4 month was a part timer, and than became full time.
So in Schedule 3
12. b Your work experience- should I mention it twice, once selecting the year of experience 'less than 1 year' (Part time thing) and again selecting ' 3 years but less than 4 (full time).
Or should I simply write it once and select the year of experience option- 4 years or more.

In the reference letter is it necessary to ask my supervisor to mention first four month i was part timer , than became full time ( I am adding all appointment letters, one saying part time than one saying full time).

Q.2.
I used to work in a different organization, different occupation. the duration was 6 months and no point for that, i am getting, so for that job (as I have to write it in the work experience part bcz it's going under last 10 years) what are the documents i need to provide.
