hello guys, .... i receive MR as well as PP request , RPRF payment , and update form IMM5406 , after 5 moths from PER from Nairobi Vo... its strange for me to receive PP request as well as MR ... anybody encounter such things .... thanks for forum seniors without u i couldn't even apply fswp 2014... and i wish all the best !

here is the email they sent :

> Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination
> Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document
> Prepaid courier coupon: Please provide a prepaid courier coupon so that your documents can be returned to you. You may contact your preferred registered courier provider (i.e. DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx) to make the necessary payments.
> RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee. Please see attached
> Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures

Note: The medical instructions for the applicant will be sent automatically by our computer processing system. Kindly inform our office if in 24 hours you have not received the instructions via email.

Should we not receive the above information and/or documents within 60 days of the date of this letter we will assume that you are no longer interested in admission to Canada and will proceed accordingly with the refusal of your application.

Hi Guys,

Most of us are eager to get the process completed and visa stamped, but are you really focusing on the job prospects. I think the best way is to subscribe to Canadian job bank. link: jobbank(dot)gc(dot)ca/job_alert(dot)do. The best part is, you will get all the available jobs in canada here.
You can subscribe based on NOC or based on certain keywords. I think this is really helpful.

Another option is check for specific job search websites such as workopolis, indeed, etc.

My 3rd line was updated this morning ... My husband and I started dancing .... literally

Our med's were submitted on March 18, 2015 ... and the past 6 days felt like 6 years as we were checking the ECAS every 5 min.

I feel very happy and relaxed ... can't wait for the PPR 8)

Today my 2nd line got updated after around 3 months of long wait(after my complete docs sent).
Now, buzzing my inbox frequently to see MR.

I wish and pray for all long waiting May and June applicants that they would receive their good news sooooooooooon !

PCC/RPR received date : Dec 22 , 2014

DM received date :Friday, 27 feb , 2015

PPR received date : Friday, 27 feb , 2015

PP sent for VISA stamping : Monday, 2nd Mar, 2015

PP received after VISA stamping : Friday, 20th Mar, 2015

Landing: Mid July

Decision Made!!!!..A little later than most of my friends here with similar timelines but came finally thank God....

Thank you to this wonderful, amazing forum (love u guys)....

Praying for a positive decision and PPR now....

Wish everyone the best of luck as well....Above all, keep patience and go about your normal life, relax and enjoy and maybe take an occasional break from this addictive forum s well ...Easier said than done but if I could do it everyone can....We will all get our Canada PRs eventually keep faith....

You should get your passports back by 3rd April. Hope the validity of passports is beyond 6 months as of today and there is no case of passport renewal after you sent application to CIC. If this is true, then no worries.

There is no case of passport renewal immediately. However, my husband's passport expires in May 2016. After we get the PR Card, hopefully it doesn't matter if the passport is reissued right?
