There is a possibility that an important mail has been captured in a wrong folder and you are waiting for it

My Trip has come to an end after exact 8 months from my application date, received PPs back (VISA stamped).

Now the REAL JOURNEY begins....!!!

Saw your name Sir...and by Sir I mean Canol, so I guess it's the best time to ask this:
I guess I'm waiting for the PPR and I want to be well-prepared before getting that since I think the time I will have is a month. Since there is no VO in Iran, we should take the passports to Ankara, Turkey VO and most economical choice is going to Travel Agencies that do the visa pick-up for their clients. Now questions:
Should I give the travel agency our (my wife's as well as mine) passports? I have a Student's visa in my old passport.....how many photos should I provide for the each of us? anything else I should prepare? like a printout of RPRF receipt?

Coming back to your query, do you have vfs services in Iran? If yes, use their services. Else you may have to use services of authorised travel agents if they agree to get the visa stamping work done.
Most of the vo's ask for 2 photos. You need to mention name, Dob, date the photo was taken and name of photo Studio on the backside

App Reached : 24.07.2014
PER : 18.11.2014
2nd Line : 29.01.2015
MR and RPRF : 05.02.2015
Medicals done : 14.02.2015
3rd Line : 07.03.2015
PPR : 18.03.2015 Still no DM on ECAS
