I wish and pray for all the applicants to receive their next stage ASAP irrespective of VO and NOC...

Take a deep breath. Now is the time for you be able to express your self to the VO. I just ran through your NOC's lead statement and feel that you should reply back with
(a) Apology for not be clear in the first place due to which the VO had to reach out to you again and thank him for giving you the chance to explain.
(b) Break down each lead statement and explain how you meet it.
(c) Express you availability to meet the VO if he feels the need post reading your letter.

LS1 - Early childhood educators plan, organize and implement programs for children between the ages of infancy and 12 years.
Basis your credential furnished link how you have been involved in the above underlined activities in the prescribed age group. Make your case even stronger with any certificates or scanned pictures of you with the children conducting activities.

LS 2 - Early childhood educator assistants provide care for infants and preschool- to school-age children under the guidance of early childhood educators.
Here you can link how you apart from education are also responsible for the children. How you take care of their diet, hygeine etc. maybe talk about certain industry standards that you are trained on and are asked to follow.

LS3 - Early childhood educators and assistants lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth and ensure their security and well-being.
Focus on the various kind of activities and training imparted by you via VAK learning style (Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic)

LS4 - They are employed in child-care centres, daycare centres, kindergartens, agencies for exceptional children and other settings where early childhood education services are provided.
Here you simply need to share that the place you work at falls under one fo the above.

Make sure to -

- USE LAYMAN LANGUAGE
- SHARE AS MANY CREDENTIALS POSSIBLE.
- BE EXHAUSTIVE in your explanation.

Hi,

I submitted my passport to VFS New Delhi on March 2nd in person and since then the online status shows "is being processed".

As per the observation, guys who have sent their passports to VFS Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai on March 2nd have got their passports back with visas stamped.

Its an another dry day, I wonder what is causing the delay to our application? I expect VFS New delhi to be much more quicker as it shares same city with Canada visa office
