Friend, procedural fairness letter is usually the norm where applicant is give opportunity to clarify his stance.
DM before that, in my opinion could be because of the VO not awarding the minimum 67 points.
Off late we have seen many cases where CIO or VO have goofed up on this front and later corrected themselves.
You just be prepped with you paperwork.

thanks for your advise , my application is totally complete ,they cannot give genuine reason for rejection . if it is case of rejection also , i think i will appeal , and get what i deserve .

in my personal opinion , the reason could be below
1. call for interview
2. rejection
3. MR along with passport request
4. technical error

PLS. let me what will be status when they will call for interview.

my time line:
application date : 26th sep
PER : 18th dec
VO: NDVO
second line update with decision made : 7 th march

Hi,

I agree with you. I guess that NDVO is now trying to push PPRs and issue visas. For a few weeks the PERs, MRs might slow down, but applications that completed MR will get processed faster. It may also have something to do with financial year ending March 31st. Probably they want to book a sizable revenue target by the year-end. So priority may be given to applicants in final stages. However, sooner or later they should process the remaining backlog in another 3-4 months because going forward they have to transition to the Express Entry system.

Best Wished to all who are waiting for MR, PPR, etc. Keep your preparations intact during the waiting time.

There has been a couple of second line updates with PER date post 16th Dec but most like us are still waiting for any further update.

It seems that NDVO wants to issue PPR to all completed applications before picking up the another lot of applications for processing. Hopefully, we too will see second line updates the coming week or the one following it.

Did you opt for the Bluedart courier to send the stamped passport back to you? Do they have such facility?

In case you send passport through Blue Dart, embassy will send it back through normal post.Embassy does not courier the passport.
Canadian Embassy has a global contract for collection and delivery of passport.If you opt for SMS facility while submitting passport , you will get a message for collection of Passport. You can opt for courier at a given address also. VFS has 10 centres in india like chandigarh ,jallandar,new delhi,mumbai,pune ahmedabad,calcutta,bangalore,chennai, Hyderabad . Please visit VFS GLOBAL site for charges.

Status as of tracking till Thursday ....Your application tracking number xxxxxxx is processing at New Delhi visa office.

On Friday we received sms alert that it's being dispatched. So we started tracking under Bluedart .

In addition also ensure that you have you mobile updated with the bank and that you get all alerts on transactions.
CIO attempts 3 times over a day or 2 before giving up. So you will have ample time to be alerted if you bank flags any transaction.

Checked with my bank. There is no limit on international transaction. Whatever limit the card has that will be applicable so its way beyond the CIC fees. Not to worry.

Also i have informed them there might a transaction of CAD 1400 in the coming days and not to block it in any ways.

I guess Holiday on 6/March has delayed the shipment. But how can we check status through courier partner website as I don't have a tracking ID as well as courier name with me. VFS call centre too is closed till Monday.

Try blue dart and use your VFS tracking id to search.

PER is issued by CIO so, Local VO won't reissue.
When the file is received at VO, they will still do a sanity check to attest CIO's initial screening.
Cases are rate the VO feels else ways but lets not strike it out completely.
