to be frank...this problem is kinda new for most of the formuties...except seniors like diplomatru or adisu...

you may PM them.

What else I can suggest is.... dont take a chance and consult a good lawyer...take external help.

This is once in a while chance..... put ur efforts in as many ways as possible..

I am a may applicant and my medical was on Nov 21st. Till now I have not received any DM or PPR. Will there be any problem ? I have seen people are getting DM\PPR even they have done the medicals in Jan. I am worried and please reply.....

Request everyone who is getting DM and PPR to also let us know if the PCC was sent along with application or with Medicals.

I guess you are anxious about PCC sent with MR or Application is making any difference. I have sent it with MR and majority did the same.

And also I believe its not going to have any impact on PPR.

I think a forum member has already suggested you to re-take IELTS and score high. The Visa officer is concerned about your level of English given that you are an English Professor/teacher. I would advise you to book a date and take the exam ASAP. If you are not getting date in your city, try another city. If still you are not getting a recent date, communicate the VO that you have booked the test and are planning to re-take (submit proof).
Also while replying to VO you may talk about your good/decent marks in English in UG/PG ( I hope you have good marks in English to talk about). Also, you may mention that you were nervous in the IELTS "interview" ( if you scored less in speaking).

Please remember that you need to satisfy the VO on your ability to interact with the people in Canada in english

hey...I m sailing in the same boat....waiting....but I feel MR will start soon..once ppr shower is slowed down...at present they are concentrated on clearing pending PPR's.....and once they atleast clear may nd June applications....they will start sending MR's in bulk....so let's pray and not get worried.....god bless us all.....cheers!-
