Getting SIN is 10 mins job. You can get this at any Services Canada counter. These days they have counters at major airports as well.

Putting a exact date or even close by is difficult but here is my take.
Others please share your views.

0113, not a hot NOC.
PER to Processing start - 3 - 3.5 months.
Processing Start to MR - 7 days to 1 month.
MR - PPF - 3 Months.
PPF - Visa - 2 Weeks.

Total - 8 months, so say around Aug 2015.

The trend shows that the total timeframe from Date of application to Visa is 9 months......So can it be in May'15???

I wouldn't put my money on May.

Reason I stretched it a bit is because, you timeline from Aug 14 to Dec 22 was stretched for PER.
Or am I reading is wrong?

Currently how many lines are updated on your E-CAS?

1)how many days will take MR - depends on which VO you are assigned to.
2)How many day will take visa stamping Check the Avg Process Time Tab under Spreadsheet, it will give you an estimate
3)I am on bench in current IT company and also offer of another IT company. IS good to change employer now or did it create any problem canada PR. It should not cause any issues. Inform your VO about the change
4)what is percentage after getting PER chances PR fail I would say great chance - 60 %

Guys, One of my friend in Mumbai, forum name "Satyakam" recd DM today morning. He was a May applicant and 3rd line was updated on Oct 3rd 2014.
Admins, request you to please update the SS.
