Your earlier NOC 1112 is super hot. Even that will not fill so early. So chill n relax for 1111.

My first app ielts expired 2days before it reached cic .

I am planning apply for FSW-2014 as awaiting for my wife's IELTS results.

Will my application fees be returned..?? in case of,

1) The application cap reached;
2) If I am not eligible for the NOC in which I applied

Except for above 2 cases, are there any other reasons wherein I shall get my application fees back.

Please guide me on this.

For the both cases ur fee will be returned brother...

CIC tells:

"If your application is not eligible for processing, you will be sent a letter that:

explains the reason(s) why your application is not eligible for processing, and
confirms that a refund for the processing fee will be issued."

Need your kind advice. I've sent in my application to cic and was received on 27th.

I think I messed up my application by sending in birth certificate for my son issued by Indianembassy in Saudi. Actually the original birth certificate issued by Saudi authority has been retained by Indian embassy and they registered my son in their birth register.

Plus they issued me a birth certificate stating that it is a certified true copy of records they have entered in their register. Also I have sent in a copy of Arabic birth certificate and its translation without any notary. I am bit worried about this aspect of my application.

Can you shed some light on this if you are aware?

I am sailing in the same boat, I have also send my daughter's birth certificate issued by indian embassy of riyadh and I have not included her Arabic birth certificate also. I am also very worried

If the form is still in ur hand then take a new form since this form generates bar codes upon the data u have written electronically...

Helloo guys ... urgent help needed i just realized before posting the application in the schedule A for the question number 7 EDUCATION , it says there list all the secondary and post secondary education what does this mean i studied in India , i mentioned my 10th class, intermediate , engineering and masters , did i miss some thing , do i have to add 6th class onwards? and if Yes do i have to submit mark lists for all those years from 6th onwards .. please help me on this .. i was planning to post my app today just before the final checks i found this confusing
