Recently some of the file of NDVO has been transferred to Poland VO ,does any one have any idea about the processing of Poland VO?

Like Medical,pcc,rprf and main PPR

as per somewhere i read that Poland VO is working similarly as NDVO, processing time is 22 months...

Same condition dear, i am really very tired from my current company and want to resign but how can i resign till PPR not received.

I shall strongly advise you to be patient and take prudent measures.
Even after getting PR visa the best strategy is that get your PR card and start applying for jobs in Canada and at later stage resign.

I read in one of the forum pages someone mention following info: (Notice text in ITALIC)

Right of Permanent Residence Fee:
• $490 per person for you (the principal applicant) and your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable). Dependent children are exempt.
• You will need to pay this fee before your application for permanent residence can be finalized. We will send you a request to pay this fee when we are ready to issue the permanent resident visa.


SO my question is that, when we receive RPRF, does it mean Visa Office is done with background and security checks etc. and it's ready to issue visa?

Hi mates. I Have one question i am a 19 sep applicant . PER 7 jan.2015.

My question is at the present time i am in London and i have visa until the 30 of Oct. how many chance that i can get Canada visa before the expiry date of my London visa? other wise i have to renew my current visa in august? Thanks

My file is now in LVO. and i have already sent my PCC from london and Pakistan with my file.

Still quite far. Expect PR visa at the end of this year.

this is wat i recieved reply from Lvo after 2 days of sending enquiry on sunday nite.i am 9 july applicant .can any please comment that our file isnt yet opened for further processing.its more than 3 months now what shd i do?To raise GCMS notes

I heard this officer is very good in clearing his files... Hope good news is on its way to you. He/She is the same officer for me too... Now I am awaiting for PPR.

My family size is 4. At the time of landing, is it necessary to bring funds equivalent to CAD 22170 (cash + DDs + Travellers Cheques etc), which is set for the family size of 4, at the time of filing immigration application. Is it OK, if lower funds are carried at the time of landing?

Can anybody clarify the above?

yes it is mandatory to bring the funds that you have provided the evidence otherwise they can even proceed with cancellation process of your PR visa if they found that you misrepresented the proof of funds.

I am glad to share that I just got Passport Request from LVO. Medical was submitted 2 days back.

Heartily congrats dear, it's really very fast process for u here many applicants are waiting for PPR since more than 5 months after 3rd line added.

Friends what is the latest AOR date. I got my PER on 31st Dec. and after that no other communication is recd.
Even heard abt files being sent to Poland.

PER will be normally within 10-20 days and MR depends upon visa office it's average 2-3 months.

One small request to u and other forum members who have not updated details,Pls update all details like VO,Date of appli.,PER date etc it will help to other members.

Thanks... Since I have shown about CAD 29K (which is higher than set amount of CAD 22K for family size of 4) as proof of funds, it is compulsory that I should bring at least CAD 29K or is it OK if I bring 22K?...

Normally pregnant women are not allowed to travel international flights in the third trimester. So assuming that she got pregnant in december and she is 5 weeks pregnant, delivery will be around september. Post the delivery she has two months to travel(since medicals were done in december) before expiry of the visa. Its best to go to canada in the second trimester and have the kid born there so he or she is directly a canadian citizen. However, considering that medical expenses are not covered for the first six months as migrants, that could be an expensive affair. All the best

Friends ..
Successfully completed my medicals today (02/05) at Centre for Migration Medicine Hyderabad. Not able to send MR receipt, RPRF online payment receipt and passport bio pages to NDVO today due to heavy work in office. Will do it first thing tomorrow.

Below is my experience of my Medicals -

Appointment at 9:00AM and reached there on time. Steps followed after entering into CMM (Centre for Migration Medicine)
1) Document Verification at reception (IMM form, Original Passport, Passport copy (first and last page of the passport on same side of A4 size paper) of primary and dependents)
2) Registration (fill in CMM medical form) and Billing (4200/- for each adult and 1200/- for my child (age 1.2 years))
3) Consent form signature
4) Height / Weight / Vision / BP
5) Blood test (HIV and RPR) > 15yrs
6) Digital photograph
7) Urine test > 5yrs
8) Chest X-ray > 11yrs -- X-Ray machine is not working, so people are taken to another center which is just three blocks ahead
9) Panel physician consultation
10) Further tests (only if required)
11) Collect proof of Medicals
12) Medical center (CMM) to submit the case online within 3 business days

Everything went smooth. Medical center staff is very helpful. There are toys for kids, so if you taking your child, they can pass their time without killing you during medicals . My kid had great time playing with other kids..

The only thing where I got panicked is about me and my wife Blood Pressure which came Low. 110/70 and 100/70.. I immediately dropped a message in the forum to seek advise as I never expected Low BP for me and my wife.. Once again it was proved that I am not alone.. Within 5 min, I got replies from 3-4 people saying there wont be any issue or additional tests required unless I have High BP.

Physician has made me remove my dress (top to bottom) except Underwear. It was just for 2-3 min. He checked whether I have any surgery marks on my body. He then asked me whether I have any TB history, any hospitalization history, surgeries, and few such questions.. I said no to everything.. He asked me whether I am thin from starting or did I got thin due to TB.. I said "NO", that's my wait which I am maintaining from very long ..

My wife gone through Cesarean during her delivery. Physician has asked my wife to change her dress giving a Top and Skirt to verify the surgery mark .. A lady nurse has accompanied my wife throughout this process .. Everything went professional .. That's all..

During X-Ray, they asked me to remove my shirt.. this was taken care by male staff for me ..
for my wife, they asked to wear nighty (night dress - long skirt) without inners (this is because there should not be any metal objects (even small) identified in X-Ray) .. They have wrapped lead shield around my wife's abdomen.. All this process for my wife in X-Ray room is taken care by lady staff and is very professional .. so no complaints here again..

I was very tensed about how Medicals may go, but everything went fine in a systematic manner and is very very professional. I recommend CMM as good option in Hyderabad.. There is one other reason for this recommendation, that is, there are two doctors available in CMM and so process moves fast.. I do not know about GYD to comment..
