Applied on 6th Aug for 2 NOC's......got PER for both app...Spent almost Rs.140000/-

PER on 27th Nov......Still no 2nd Line....No MR.

Checking ECAS every hour....not able to concentrate on my work.

People with app date 18th Aug are getting MR!

What the hell happening with my application...Guys please give me some meditation tips

In my opinion, changing job now might delay the process. Logically, VO does BG checks before it sends MR. So lets say, you change jobs and inform the VO, then there is one one employer they will have to check there by delaying the process.So to me, changing jobs while waiting for MR is not wise.

I will get MR by this month. I will join new company in March. So i hope there will be no issue or any delay.

Dear Friends,

I have applied from Saudi Arabia under NOC 2132 (8years Exp) PER 20-Nov-14. My medical is not yet done.

Now i have job offer from Abu Dhabi & i have resident visa from UAE also.

My question is if i change my job at this time & go back to abu dhabi then it will affect my visa application or there will be no problem ?

It would not affect your visa app as long as you let VO know about this move.

NDVO is probably working on our application...
I hope you get it this week itself...

ANYONE CAN TELL THE POSSIBILITIES OF REFUSE AFTER PER LETTER. AND POSSIBLE THE REASON

There's nothing like possibility of refusal after PER because it's less than rare.

Refusal after PER can be only for one of two reasons:

1. CIO, Sydney made a mistake - Either CIO, Sydney awarded you points incorrectly and your correct number of points fall below 67, or they incorrectly assessed your work ex to be eligible!

2. Your fault - Either you lied in your app about security questions such as your involvements with terrorists groups or you're medically unfit to migrate to Canada. ;D

Guys, When CIC sends me the Medical Request, how many days do they give me to do it ? 30 days or 60 days ? considering my visa office is Ottawa ..

Please I need your help as this will make a huge difference to me and my plans in the next few months..

30 days for medical and 45 for RPRF fees.

Why Ndvo is not issuing mr? Why they are stuck at 28nov for so long now? I got per on 3 dec. when can I expect second line update or mr??

Now days for NDVO it is 55 to 70 days

You can request to change for the stamping from VO whilst sending the docs for MR.
One of the member here got the mail to do the stamping from VO where he is right now.

I am in dilema between

1) Wait for NVDO reply
2) Send passport via friend (without waiting for a reply from NVDO)
3) Travel back to India (after waiting two more days)

Btw do you know the timeline when is passport back from stamping?

Happy to announce that I have just received PPR Alhumdulillah. ECAS still says In Progress.
Something to note: My case was handled by NDVO but when I sent them my documents (MR / PCC etc) i also requested them if i can have my stamping done at LVO as I am in UK and will be here from some time. I had also raised a CSE for the same. They did not respond but the PPR email does say that I need to submit the passports to LVO.
