Hello All,

Has anybody ever tried to contact NVDO for case specific query via phone?

Do they reply or not?

I have an urgent query for which i have mailed them but no answer so was wandering if i can call them

yes i emailed them about a month back asking them to acknowledge my MR and Fee documents. But not reply till now.

As far as my post is concerned. i posted when i saw it first..dont care if it was a re-post from smone. people even today wana know if any rejections can happen after mr. so that should answer that.

Not a single case reported for FSW 2014 so far.

And as rightly said by "bitingbutzz", chances are less then minimal...

I agree with socc3rguy that not a single case of rejection as far as FSW 2014 after MR

Annie,

I don't think you need to inform the visa office regarding this. The funds remain in your name and you still are the beneficial owner of these funds. The funds also still remain liquid and un-encumbered.

Yes the funds shall remain untouched for being good

Poland VO
I have never been to POLAND
And in application my VO is NDVO
Freinds plz comment what to do

Brothers , I need Experts Opinion in a very Urgent question..

I know that if I got the visa ( hopefully in-shaa'allah ) it will be valid for One year from the medical receiving date. But, what If I won't be able to land during this period, what if I've very serious issue that will delay my landing ( I need around more 3 or 4 months .. just 3 more months )?? can the CIC extend the visa for 3 more months? even if I'll have to pay for the Visa's fees again, I don't mind to pay again..

what will happen if I didn't land in this 1 year period? will they cancel all my immigration process and my dream will be gone?? or will I have to do the medical exam again only ? or what exactly will happen?

I need your Help please.

TO EASE THE PRESSURE ON NDVO AND FOR FASTER PROCESSING, APPLICATIONS RECEIVED PER AFTER 31ST DECEMBER ARE TRANSFERRED TO RATHER LESS BURDENED VOs. MANY APPLICATIONS ARE REPORTED TO HAVE RECEIVED THIS AOR MAIL FROM WARSAW, POLAND. THERE NO NEED TO PANIC SINCE THE FURTHER PROCESS IS SAME IRRESPECTIVE OF VO.

I don't think it's possible. As per the info on the link below, PR visa cannot be extended.

However, you should try contacting your local VO. They might have some info on it.

However, in worst case scenario you should try traveling to Canada for a 2-3 days to apply for PR Card (use a friend's address) and return to your country of residence.

In case you have any medical problems which disables you from using air travel then you can try combination of road and sea cruise modes! For e.g. a cruise to New York from Dubai via France and a car ride down to Canada etc.!

The visa validity is strictly 1 year from the medicals. This is time bound and they do not grant an extension as per the guidelines (not sure if there are exceptional cases). If you do not land within the stipulated time, your visa will expire and your PR will not get processed. You will thereby have to start afresh....

Disclaimer - this is as per my knowledge....other seniors could confirm / advise otherwise.
