I have used an agent for FSW process.
She has ripped me apart as far as the process goes and even money wise.

She is still expecting more. I am done with medicals in October. I was waiting for FBI PCC to be send to NDVO.
What should I do ?

The FSW application process is so simple. There is no need for an immigration attorney unless your case is very complicated.

So should I sent the 'Use of Representative' form to NDVO and cancel the representation.

Also, all the communication with NDVO happens via email. How do I give them my new email.

anyone reported rejection after CC charged due to old application forms??

I've not been around here lately but so far I haven't hear of anyone being rejected for old forms.

Please guys really I am confused my case as follows:
I received my PER Dec.23 and till date I can not check my ECAS and it shows an error why is that I don't have any clue and whom I have to contact in order to resolve this issue.
I hope someone can help me.

First, check all the data you are typing are correct. If you have two last name use both of them in the same field. Try it to see if it works..

U can't do that bcozzzzzz she can file a case against you if u have enough contract and receipts u can cancel it ,, if not don't do tha buddy

Every stage has a different scrutiny parameter. Application may be rejected at any stage. However chances are much lesser after PER issuance.

In simple layman's terms,
First step is completeness check where apps are checked to see that all docs are in place.
App is charged on successful application.
First line in ECAS is updated.
Next is eligibility check where apps are checked on the basis of the 6 eligibility criteria and points calculated.
PER is issued after this if app meets CIC standards.
Next the App is transferred to the respective VO either by hard copy or electronically or both.
VO then does app scrutiny one more time, background check and security checks.
2nd line in ECAS is updated.
If applicable, applicant may be called for interview.
Then MR is issued subject to satisfactory completion of background checks.
Applicant undergoes medical tests with panel physicists.
Once positive MR results are recd by VO, 3rd line in ECAS is updated.
Security checks if any are done.
Passport request is sent to applicants.
4th Line in ECAS is updated
Applicant sends passports to VO / embassy for stamping
Passport is signed, stamped with COPR and sent back to applicant
Applicant has to complete landing formalities within 12 months of MR..
