Dec 3rd applicant. CC charged today ( 27 Jan) . NOC 0112 - HR Manager. I am still worried my title is not manager, it is HR Specialist. IF my CC is charged, It means that are they happy with my job description and title, or the process starts only after my CC is charged.

Please advice.

CC charged means your application is complete. They will still need to review your application before giving you PER.
Job tdescription is more important than job title.

Take a look at my timeline ... my app recvd on Oct 30th and I got charged just a few days ago.
Unless any application under NOC 2132 has returned with a cap filled comment, keep being patient. You will hear good news soon. I had been disappointed a couple of weeks back.

Your CC is charged after completeness check and eligibility review will take care of your job duties matching the CIC HRCM lead statement under the NOC u applied in. However, Job title does not matter, job duties matter a lot.

If your job duties satisfied ths HR Manager job duties nd lead statement, you are good to go.
