URGENT HELP

Guys i received an email from CIO regarding my DD payment no processed due to cancellation of contract between our local bank with Canadian bank. However, they asked us to re-submit the payment form. Now i am going for CC but that is not mine.

Please tell me that in the payment form (Section A) the Name of the payer (If different from principal applicant) what shall i put ?

I believe it should contain the name of the person whom credit card i am going to use.

Please help me out.

What if second line is not updated after receiving MR..Is t his normal??how many days will it take to get the second line updated..???I got mR on wednesday 21st Jan..but still not got the secondline updated..

Hi, I spoke to Max Panchsheel hospital, she is not at all aware of the above mentioned process it-seems. They will only conduct medical examination if we come up with the forms. But there is no process to check based on File/UCI no.'s.

They can check the availability of medical request just by using ur UCi. Once the medical request are out their information system will get ur medical numbers. I have done here in India and ashif has done it in Singapore. They are not helping you because they don't want to check. Call any other emedical and ask them to check .

No second line update after medicals means they forgot to update it or the batch job did not run yet. If you are from ndvo it is not the visa officer who send you the medical request. The visa officer will request the admin department to send the request. You can see it in gcsm. I recently read an article about ndvo which dates ndvo Is the largest visa office and the only one with a Sep admin department

My file was reviewed on 24th December and the medical request was requested but the admin department took more than 15,days to send it
