in my GCMS notes I recd it clearly says

Documents:- Acknowledgement of Receipt
Type- Auto Email
Status:- CANCELLED

This clearly shows that Delhi is cancelling AOR communication deliberately.
May be this info will be useful for many !

Why you are suspecting that Delhi is cancelling AOR communication deliberately? What is use or advantage to Delhi for such action?

Is there anyone on this forum whose application received date is after 28th Nov 2014 and their CC or DD got charged? On other form a member confirmed that his CC got charged yesterday while his application received date was 28th Nov 2014.

My dear i am not SUSPECTING anything
I am just saying what I have recd in writing in my GCMS notes from Canada !
(No Assumptions there / only Facts )
And Cancelled means - they have Cancelled the Auto E-mail and thus can conclude that they are not sending AOR's

1) You should as 2281 wasn't a hot NOC.
2) No issues if u dont have a Linkedln account. It would be better if you have one, it wont harm and is available for free.
3) Returned application will have UCI#

I have received mail from CIC informing that application is returned and it has no UCI number. If I call CIC will I get the UCI number?

checked my Ecas now, it says "in process" and after clicking it says " we received your application for permanent residence on sep2,2014" does this mean PER too? again I have received an email from Paris VO which is most probably my AOR, however I have not received my PER email after cc charge

On a related note, CAD 38,000 is not an annual income--it's an annual GDP per capita. In other words, the total value of everything the country produces in a year divided by every Canadian citizen. While it does correlate strongly with the wealth of a society, it does not mean that every Canadian gets $38,000 annually.
