Better to send through VFS as CHC prefers that and you may have a proper track of return of the PPs.

Not sure if the one you quoted is authentic CIIP mail addrress. You may want to check on it.

Hi CC or DD Charged or Cash and PER expectants applicants, kindly be more patient and you shall surely receive good news shortly. The delay might be due to d challenge faced by CIC on trying to perfect d New Express Entry system. Obviously, this will somehow affect d old fsw 2014 pending applicants and a bit enlongate the d usual expected delivery time target.

However, they will surely get back to d pending fsw 2014 applicants by God's grace. Just be positive and keep d hope alive. Nothing is wrong with your applications provided you av done the right thing, just a little delay and it wont be late.

Hi seniors

I was waiting for 3rd line of update bt after almost 18 days i got none so i asked the hospital for the reason behind delay and i was told that NDVO has asked me to meet Chest specialist to rule out TB. I dun knw they must have found sumthng in the Xray bt i met wid the doctor and he verified that i am good nd no sign of TB whatsoever .So the Doctor uploaded the results for my chest related issue on 20th January. My worry is that whether NDVO will ask me to undergo further tests for TB or my ecas will be update to 3rd line? If it is updated how much time will it take??

Don't get panic dear. Sometimes is better to read in official site rather to ask in the forum...
Here is a quote from their site:
"Participation in CIIP is entirely voluntary. It will not affect the immigration procedures in any way. Actual participation in a CIIP orientation session is not a guarantee or an indicator that your immigration application will ultimately be successful or that you will receive an immigrant visa."

PLEASE HELP!

Dear Friends,

I got stuck in a confused situation, please help! Here is the story:

I applied on the early days of September through my consultant for the NOC 2174, and the cap filled soon for this NOC. I contacted my consultant and she said “don't worry, we applied your file under two NOCs” (as I have work experience under both NOCs 2174 and 2281). So it had been around 5 months since I applied and I started to get nervous. Last week I asked my brother (living in Canada) to contact CIC through phone to get my UCI number, so I could check ECAS. The agent asked my brother for my email address and sent me a confirming email for my request of information. Then I replied to the email describing my situation and requesting information on my application status and I got no reply to that. So I contacted CIC through phone from my home country and I was able to get my UCI number and when I checked ECAS it said we were not able to identify you...!
Then I contacted my consultant to tell her: “I got UCI number what can you do to get any info on my status?” and she said: “you did a terribly wrong move by contacting CIC. Now your application may get rejected and you may not be able to apply for 2 to 5 years.” after all the frightening speech she told me that your September application has been returned because cap filled and we aplied under NOC 2281 on November!!! Although I have been in contact with my consultant during the time, she didn't tell me anything about the second application at all.

So, I'm really nervous and worried about the consequences of all these events, what will happen to my application?
Do you think contacting CIC would really ruin my application and possible future chances to apply for permanent residency?

I really appreciate your opinions on this.

Did you apply with two different application for both th NOC or was this in a single application? If you did together in a single application , I suppose its over, also there is no such regulation that says that if you call to get your UCI no you cannot apply for 2 -3 years .
Try express entry now.

I see Travel Documents is a option through which we can came back and enter Canada without PR card.
My question when and where can we apply Travel documents?
In how much time we can expect to get Travel Documents?

I think not. You do not need to send anything for now. If anything is required they will ask for same if they require it. Normally PCC are valid for 1 year. I had got mine in May and sent it with the application and till now they have not asked for it again. ( Done with my medical ).

you can get it from canadian embassy outside canada (for us new delhi).. it will be dated before which you need to travel.. the processing time is somehting which i am not sure!
