Yes very few applicants for NOC0113 because it was a cool NOC and there were very applicants for this NOC. Therefore you should not loose hope. As far as your application parcel is not returned back, you will be safely in the CAP and will be considered. Best of luck.

No. Your PR card validity is not dependent on the passport expiry date.

I sent a follow-up email to CIC on 15th Nov 2014 and after 2 long months they replied -

"I can find no record of our office having received your submission. It maybe in queue for initial processing. Please re-enquiry in a few weeks.

Thank you"

What does this mean?? Anyone else also got such response. my NOC is 2173 and app was sent on 17th Oct. I am awaiting my application to return back which is likely to be possible outcome, but no response yet.......

my passport expires in 2 months . once you complete your landing and get a PR card then it's not related to your passport anymore.

Seniors,

I had dispatched my application and as per DHL it was delivered on 4th December 2014 at 11:55 AM. I have applied under 2172 NOC even though it was not my current job profile but it fall under 10 years slab. I have following queries:

1. Is there a way to track my application as it's almost 1.5 months now?
2. Is there will be any issue if NOC is not my current job but I have worked earlier in that role?
3. What is the approx time to check with bank whether DD is en-cashed or not?
4. Is there any other way to find out status of application before getting PER email?

Will appreciate your response.

Friends,

Happy to share that I got Medicals today along with PCC and RPRF request. App rec date 21st July, PER 17th Nov.

But they has asked for Saudi PCC as well As i stayed there back in 2006-7 but not continuously. was there for 89 days in first go and got back to India for 15 days on vacations and then got new visa and visited KSA again and stayed there for 107 days on a stretch.

Q1: Is there any chances of getting this PCC waived off ?
Q2: Whats the best way to get the PCC from India itself . how long it takes to get this PCC from new delhi embassy of KSA ?
