Application Date: September 4 2014
DD encash as per bank: December 1 2014 but as per PER mail its November 24 2014
PER date January 14, 2015
NOC: 0112 (Human Resources Manager)

Hello Seniors,

I had sent my application on October 4, 2014 and it was received by CIC office on October 10, 2014. (No of application received under NOC 2171 was 348 out of 1000 on October 10, 2014)

Now it has been more than 60 days still within time lines of 90 days but credit card is not charged yet and also no email from their side.

One of the September applicant(page no - 12040) in this forum had received email in November from CIC that application is going to be returned because cap is closed. How it could be possible because when i saw on October 10, 2014 the cap has reached to 348 out of 1000.

Is this a normal situation? Am i still in race of 2171 or it is closed?

Should i be fill Express entry profile for 2015 or just wait for few more days until 90 days time line is reached?

Recently i got communication from my hospital indicating my chest ray are not OK and probable TB. I am vry worried as they have called me to the hospital in2-3 days. I have got no history of TB. What will be the fate of my case?? Can dey deny me PR visa on this basis??
Really need an advice

Is it safer to make the payment via Demand Draft?
Has anyone done payment using DD?

No they will not deny you....My close friend from Bangladesh is also having on same situation...he have been given 3 months from his local VO ...then they suggest to take a new xray.....So after this case u will be given another three months....

So dont be so much tensed....

Also I read somewhere that sometimes they ask you to pick your PR card in person instead of mailing it or if they need any clarifications in further processing. It would be a very risky situation since I wont be able to enter again without it.

I am sure there would some way to get around that situation also but m not gonna take any chances.

It's an Immigrant Visa and is only valid for 1 entry. What you can do is to land in Canada and when asking where to send your PR card use a relative/friend address. You can go back to your home country but the person who receives your PR card should mail it to you because without it you won't be able to enter Canada again.

No Second line Update
No Mr So far

From PEr date, i am on my 80th day.

Any guess why its getting delayed?Anyone who sailing on same track?

it will show you the details.

you will get your MR after updation of second line in ECAS status.

but in some cases they send MR without seconnd line update

how much time it takes to get 2nd line? and what will be that?

What is current MR timeline ? 2 months?
