14th Oct applicant DD encashed on 29/12 (as per bank) .. ECAS status shows in process and we received your file on ..... when can i expect PER.? I am assuming DD was kept to get encashed around 22nd-24th dec..

Moreover, we have blassed with baby on 29th Oct '14. Can anyone pls guide how can I add new born. Is it possible to do the addition before getting file number?

Welcome Amit brother,

Yes after getting the PER email (which contains ur file number/UCI)and waiting two-three weeks, send below docs to NDVO.....

U may also send a CSE to NDVO....




1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406” FOR U AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. updated Bank cert (+statement )
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Generic Application form

Just a bit worried about our application, our credit card haven't been charge yet and no email updates received and I see November applications being charged now. Our application was received October 17, 2014 under NOC 1212

I think better to call them and ask for UCI number, because if you email them it will take long time to get a reply. I am also planning to call them, my application reached Oct 08 and still no information regarding charging on my CC. Hope it will happen soon
