My application package was returned since CC charge could not be performed. I was a NOC 2133(civil engineering) applicant. Can I still resubmit the documents for FSWP 2014 or it is mandatory to apply for express entry after 01/01/2015?

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

My package for FSW was received on 12-Aug-2013, however I have not heard anything about my application yet. I have sent emails to these email id -
CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca,
DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Given them my full name, passport #, DOB and place of birth.

Not sure how much time it will take for them to reply.

Is there any phone # where I can call and find. I have searched the website but found nothing for calling outside canada.

PER date - 7-Oct
2nd line update on 15-Nov
This is not unusual because I see more such cases from SS sheet. Below are few cases
30-May applicant (razaten) got his PER on 14-Oct and his medical request came few days back on 8-Jan
12-Jun applicant (tom_sank) got his PER on 8-Oct and his medical request came few days back on 7-Jan
29-May applicant (bufmboh5) got his PER on 17-Oct and his medical request came few days back on 7-Jan
6-Jun applicant (Bremner55) got his PER on 10-Oct and his medical request came few days back on 3-Jan
11-Jun applicant (RajaKa) got his PER on 2-Oct and his medical request came few days back on 2-Jan

Apart from all these, I analyzed one problem here .. There are many people waiting since very long for MR after their second line update.. I am not sure whether they have updated SS or not, but as per the data in SS, there are many such people waiting for MRs after second line update..

Wait for another week and write an email to NDVO requesting just to cross verify that you didnt delete any important email in your inbox by mistake.. if you receive response saying that they are still reviewing your application, you can be happy and you can wait for MR with confidence... if you didn't receive any response, then its better you go for GCMS

+1 for your replies and if i consider the date in ecas even then after second line update i.e.15 nov 2014 i had not received MR by now...or am i september app acc to ECAS iam confused

Hello Friends,

I am going for my medical test today, can I use the same photographs of that I sent to CIC, which is almost 6months and 7 days old. Because in the form it states photographs should have been taken within 6 months.

Also I am wearing specs, but in my photographs I don't have because for Visa purpose is it still okay?

Yes it's not an issue they never ask for show the date when taken.

Yes thats true.
Once PER has been sent from CIC they transfer the file to local VO for further check and processing
