hi mates please tell me when i can think about that my MR is in my inbox? my PER date is 07/01/2015. in feb or March?

u can dream it for May 2015 base on avg processing time of LVO. can be less and can be more. but avg 4 months from per.

If any one can give me advice,

LVO asked me to send additional docs, RFPR Fees and Medical along with documents of my newly born baby with in 45 days after delivery of the baby. My Baby is born today, So Should I send an email to LVO to inform that the baby is delivered ??? Or I should just send the documents with out any notification to LVO.

make docs for baby asap and sent it to lvo. no need to inform about birth details. they will know it by BC of baby. goodluck.

Don't worry brother. I am damn sure that we will get it by next week.. NDVO is on fire issuing MRs.. Its bit sad not seeing any PPRs these days from them, but something is better than nothing, we can sense NDVO is working atleast..

My best wishes to all who are waiting for PPR and you will hear good news soon.. you all have waited this long with lot of patience and helping other members in the forum.. just wait for few more days and u will see PPR Tsunami from NDVO

Hang on brother.. There is a lot of movement issuing MRs from NDVO recently .. Many June applicants whose MRs are pending since 3 - 4 months are also receiving MRs from past few days.. Please verify SS for more details and to boost up your confidence
I suggest you to wait for 10 more days and then write to NDVO or else apply for GCMS .. again its just my opinion, please consider others comments as well

I need your advice.

I have applied on may 29th and I got PPR for that.(VO - CPC-O, NOC 2132)
I also sent second application and I got PER on Jan 5th 2015 (VO: New Delhi, NOC 0911)

If I withdraw my application, can i get the refund?
New Delhi office has not started processing my second application yet...!

I have got 2 references from CIC website states that: The fees will be refunded only if we have not started processing your application.

I am planning to send Email to Delhi office to withdraw my application.

Do you think we will get refund in such circumstances?

which one is the application date

1) we received your application on september 9 2014 (the first line in ecas)
or
2) the application that we had delivered through courier to cic.sydney

Both should be the same.

(2) If you apply directly @ https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip
it will cost you just 5$ and no fancy tags of 35$ or 50$ or whatever
because this is Canada's direct official site.

(4) It took exactly 30 days to get my reply.

(5) Strange thing is - i Applied on 3rd Dec, Report was prepared on 4th Dec but
they released it only on 3rd Jan.

(6) Very detailed report 46# pages in total, Full of information, Point calculations, What they
accepted, What they did not, Everything in detail.

are you sure my friend because i got my application sent through FEDEX on may 30 and according to FEDEX service it was delivered on june 6th to cic (recieved by mike)
My DD got encashed around july 25 and on october 7 i got PER in which i got UCI number in which the status shows that "We received your application for permanent residence on September 9, 2014."
