Its better to make transaction from Bangladesh by Bank draft... U can simply go to Standrd. Chrtrd Gulshan,Dhaka branch (with original PP+Generic App form). rest of the formalities can be done on the Bank...

With regards to the translations, I meant that there is a copy of the original document included in the translation pack (documents come in small stapled packs each because they are specially verified by a notary).
So I was wondering if that copy is enough , or should I additionally put one more copy outside the translation pack?

Last question if you don't mind, in the Generic form application, point 12 states :
"Previous countries of residence: During the past five years have you lived in any country other than your country of citizenship or your country of residence (indicated above) for more than six months"

I answered "No", because I have only lived the country of citizenship and country of residence, but I am not sure now if I should include them anyway the same way you recommended about the travels. What do you suggest?

What should be the "To" Date in the General Application Form for my case.I am in the US for a while and would have to put the Country of Residenece as "US".But, my H1B visa is under extension and my visa is expired a few months back.Though I am legal to work here, i don't have anything to prove that, other than the notice of extension receipt email.Is it ok to give the date I am signing the document (say 27-Apr-2014)?

Also, should I give any explanation about the status in the foreign country?

Need Advice from Experts.... i am currently working as Computer Networks & Systems Engineer and my job is listed with NOC 2147, but my job duties are similar to Network Admin. with NOC 2281, but the Employment requirement of NOC 2281 are:-

1. Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or a related field is usually required.
2.Certification or training provided by software vendors may be required by some employers.

The problem is , i did Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communications , but i have the certification in Networking

Can anyone suggest whether i am eligible for FSW2014... i will be very thankful to you.

Brother its Job duties --that matches with NOC 2281...Its not stated that educational matches with job is must...

So u can proceed to apply as long as ur duties matches with ur NOC...

But try to get strong job proof as below:

Work experience requirement:


1. Job duties on Company Letter head.
2. Full time /Working hour should be mentioned.
3. Company's seal if applicable

Additional:

5. Appointment/contract letter
6. Payslip (3 months will be enough)
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).

Brother I can understand ur excitement and situation that i experienced exactly one yr before...

I can tell u that u will not be suffered if u send ur package on May1/2...

If u send the package now then- rest of the two/three days -u will be tensed whether any changes made by CIC in between this period..So thats not necessary at all in my guess...

Wireless Network Engineer is not an option this year so please dont mention it in your job letter. Just prepare your Job letter with other available titles and get it signed by your TL or manager. This option was available last year under NOC 2147.

I have two queries I am eligible under noc 2281 as its main duties matches my profile...but in question 12(a) it asks for the occupation ....so what should I write?? as my occupation is wireless network engineer n the title is not present in the COMPUER NETWORK TECHNICIANS... please suggest me....shall I write WIRELESS NETWORK ENGINEER or should I select a closely match title n write???

my second query is that all my job certificates are in English do I still need to take notary???

Your bank will never disclose the fund info to someone else besides you. So you are on the safe side. But make sure you just send the Balance certificate not the bank statement.

But make sure you maintain sufficient fund and regular transactions (atleast six months) to show them later.

In Checklist: 15. Settlement Funds ; Below are mentioned as proof of funds

current bank certification letter
or evidence of savings balance
or fixed or time deposit statements

My Query:
I have savings account in india with required funds

1. Will the current bank statement (for 6 months) be sufficient ? (as this by itself will be the evidence of balance)
2. Or do i need any additional Bank Certificate to show Canadian equivalent, as the balance will be in indian rupees ?

Do you recall from last year when the Civil/Mechanical NOCs were filled-up. I do have a brother and a cousin who would like to apply this year, but they still need to sit for the ILTES.

Also, does Type I Diabetes dis-qualify an applicant?
