You will need to contact your bank to check if your DD is encashed or not.

yo sk1984indian, NDVO has really slowed down. I am hoping for second line to show up on the ecas and i'm checking the same multiple times a day. a few guys from mid july have their ecas updated.... lets hope for NDVO to pick up speed.

I was hoping to receive visa by Jan end feb beginning but with the slowness of NDVO i have pushed back my expectations by a month !

1. I have my medical received in Mid-NOV 2014 and PCC was sent at the 3rd week of NOV 2014, seems there is no further update since then. Is it normal ? What process will local VOC take after MR and PCC ?

2. And from the spreadsheet, I see that the MR request and RPRF request are mostly came on the same day, for my case, I still have not received the RPRF request, is that abnormal ?

Hi All,

My revised IELTS result(along with tracking information of my already deliverd application on 19th December) has already been reached at CIO yesterday 29th December at 03:45PM Sydeney time to MCNEIL at CIO.

Although i have already sent an email to CIO on 20th December, about this revised IELTS result that it will be reached at CIO before the end of December. But this email was sent on 20th December. But yesterday on 29th December, the revised IELTS result is received at CIO at: 03:45PM Sydney time and received by MCNEIL.

Should I send another email and explain them that my revised IELTS result which I mentioned in my 20th December email has been already deliverd at CIO by UPS AWB and received by MCNEIL.

OR my initial email will be sufficient enough in which i told them approximate delivery date of my revised IELTS result as before end of December?

Send them the second email mentioning all the delivery details (tracking number, courrier company, date and time it was received, the name of the officer it was received by etc.) and your full name, UCI (if you have it), passport number and your date of birth. Without this info they are unable to update their database and help you on matching the new document to the initial parcel.

@ pradhan12, if you didn't mention her visa refusal, that will be seen as a misrepresentation of information and punishable by a rejection of your application and a ban of 2 years from Canada if caught. I have a friend who didn't understand that question and didn't mention a US visa refusal, but on realization of his mistake, he raised a CSE with the VO in charge and they asked him to submit and updated for IMM5669E and his application is currently being processed, they do appreciate honesty. Kindly do same to avoid any heartaches in the future.
