Hello Guys, I think I might have messed up big time. For my Birth Certificate, I have supplied the Hospital Birth Certificate Copy (English) and not the one issued by government of Pakistan. Is it acceptable ? How badly will this affect my application ? Can I do something about it ?

i think that will be fine... But later you may have to submit affidavit or the one issued by govt to VO office.. this wont be a rejection reason.. hope the best bro...

Do not list your parents as dependents. Parents can't be dependents - even if they live with you.

They should be listed on the other family forms.

Hi All,

I have few Queries in form "Background Delcaration"-> Education section:-

1.I am from India , so will Primary = 5 , Secondary = 7 , University = 4 (Degree) , Trade School = Empty ...Work Fine?
2.What should i write in "Type of Certificate or diploma" for 10th and 12th standard ...will simply writing "10th/12th Certificate" work?
3.Same is the case with "Field of Study" for 10th ..shall i write science, maths and social studies?
4.Shall i fill some information on this form and remaining on attached sheet like "Name of institute= "university college of enginee" is fine or i leave it blank and type that ->sheet is attached which has the complete information?

Listening 5.00
Reading 4.50
Speaking 5.50
Writing 5.00

Is she got CLB 4 as per above score?

Can i get 5 points of adaptability for spouse language ability?

As an accompanying spouse, your spouse can contribute 5 points towards eligibility if s/he takes IELTS exam. They will only need to be at CLB 4, which should be easier as it corresponds to IELTS 4.5/3.5/4/4 for Listening/Reading/Writing/Speaking. Good luck!

Since CIC has already started to charge CC/DD of FSW14, U are going to receive ur PER email (positive Eligibility Review) soon. This will contain ur application Number and UCI.

U will receive ur PER email from the below CIC email ID :


Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca


Above ID may have space, u will need to consider without space.

U can Keep this ID on safe list of ur email account. Since this email sometimes go to Junk/spam older. So also check this folders for ur expected email.....

Have you provided your SSE certificate which has your DOB and fathers name mentioned

Nup I never completed Grade 12 (Did IGCSE/AS-Level and then directly University) -- Though thankfully it is mentioned in my Bachelor's Degree !!

The hospital birth certificate is a notarized copy.

Hoping for the best !!

Indian friends will help you out on other queries, regarding space constraint for typing your institution's name I can suggest you to
write with a black pen after printing.

I do not think there is a time period set. But its a good idea to have valid ID for at least 6 months (the time it takes for DM)
