Hi Everyone,

I have sent my application on December 26th via UPS and they promised delivery in 3 days and now it's showing delivery by January 2nd. I got delayed due my ECA. Do you think cic will accept applications that got delayed in the mai and reach in the first week of January 2015?

Sorry to say, They will not accept after 12/31 so reroute the doc back to you ASAP and apply for Express entry.

US visa rejection

Greetings,
is there anyone with US visa rejection (that didn't mention on the application) who has received the PPR/PR.

I appreciate all the members giving their valuable suggestions but I guess it will make the things clear if we hear form the horse's mouth. I do understand at the same time time letting the CIC know is the best thing (to avoid case of misrepresentation) to do but sending the updated form now will delay the process.... I am just trying to explore the best option here ofcourse in case of last resort I shall send the updated form and a cover letter explaining that I overlook the visa rejection option.

PLEASE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IF ANY..

MR, PCC and RPRF: Dec 23, 2014

My application receive date is May 28th, 2014.

I took medical test on Dec 3rd; and my 3rd line got updated on December 18th. If it happens, when can I expect PPR?

Dear Century and other senior folks...

My husband and I applied for tourist visa for USA in 2011 but didn't get.. No refusal letter nothing.. Embassy just said try some other time. After 6 months I applied tourist visa and got visa for 10 years and have been to USA also ...

We have been to many other countries too... However we haven't mentioned anywhere about the tourist visa being rejected as we donot have any proof (rejection letter etc) for same as well...

Third line already updated in ECAS... What should we do?? Do we mention about this to VO? If yes, then how???

Hi,

I think you need not worry about your case. Its very trivial and there is no reason for VO to believe that you have hidden the fact deliberately as there is no substantial cause..

Leave comments like conviction/cancellation of citizenship etc.. they are too far fetched and misleading.

I also made online payment.. The receipt you will receive ASAP after successful payment. It only has the Name you have mentioned (Credit Card owner).

Please fill in all the details and send the scanned copy to VO through CSE. I have done the same.

Also when sending your medicals, PCC, include this filled in receipt with all the details,

Hi Seniors....!

I have a query regarding RPRF PAYMENT RECEIPT.

I made the RPRF payment of $980 through my credit card. The receipt which I received is showing only receipt number, amount, card number in encrypted format, date & time of payment & name as on the card. But the name of the prime applicant, my application number, UCI number, passport number is no where mentioned.........

So, everyone who got the receipts was in this format only or in different ones..........?

This is reeeeaaaaly a tough puzzle, as far as I think if you've received the PR/PPR you should be good to go.. I don't see any reason for CIC to recheck your application and do the verification again... they are always bombarded with thousands of apps.... but like they always say better be safe than sorry so yup... send the updated forms and a cover letter to the VO an please get back to the forum and let us know if that delayed your process any further or had no impact.....ALL THE BEST

My friend I am afraid they will not accept application any application reach there after 31st Dec'14 for this FSW program however you can put your application for Express Entry system which will start on 1st Jan'15 at 12 noon.

i have a different oinion that ur application will be accepted by cio but will be assessed on different guidelines......u safe

Got my VISA with COPR on 29-DEC-2014, VISA was issued on 22-DEC-2014. Admin please update the spreadsheet.

Could be.

If they find it out, VO may convict you as misrepresenting. If they don't find it, you will get visa.

Again, after you get PR/Citizenship, if authority find it out, they may cancel your PR/Citizenship.

If you now inform them, they may doubt your whole application and would delay the processing - but I believe, VO won't be able to convict you misrepresenting. Or nothing could happened. Everything depends on the discretion of VO.

So you have to make your own decision. If I were you, I would send a apology letter and inform the true status - it would relieved me as long as I stay Canada.
