Congratz guyz..who's decision was made earlier and received the PPR later. I also got ECAS update- Decision Made on 19th Dec. but yet not received PPR. :'(

Why VO is not requesting for PPR at the same time of Decision Made stage? is there any reason of it?

VO do deploy various method of background checking. I read in that thread NDVO engages third party for verification. The methods they use include direct calling to supervisor/HR, email them, send scan copy of reference letters through email for role confirmation, site visit (rarely). But for most cases, they make decision based on the documentation.

What's the latest MR from NDVO?
26-June (application rcvd date) is the latest date for MR from NDVO

I am July 16th waiting for my MR. I would like to know once I get MR should I have to send PCC original or copy? How about payment should I have to send DD or pay by CC?
If you didnt send your PCC along with your original application, then you have to send it during MR.. PCC should be submitted in original..
RPRF payment can be made via DD or Online payment

as some one said early VO will do the PCC checks also then send the MR......

sent all PCC india n South Africa with application for me n spouse....

also I m 18 aug candidate, PER on 9 dec, NDVO..... when can expect MR???

I am extremely busy with my office work. Even have to work during weekends/governmental holidays. Cannot contribute and possibly won't be able to do till January. :'( :'( :'(

For police clearance certificate, should I get the PCC done for both myself and my wife (dependent) ? or is it fine to get it done only for the main applicant?

Shouldn't CIC update the application status till the 'pending MI checking' column goes to zero for all the NOCs???? I hope they do.....
