Big font is used to seek an attention to one's query and it is often used when u need a repy urgently or when the answer is not received and you need it badly. Talking about using it with elders or seniors and etc etc, i have been working in an International corporate world from the last 10 years and it is the UPPER CASE which is treated as rude and not big font size. Moreover, it was not a personal message to anyone and this is a public form and not a private one and thats too in such an informative form that every now and then many messages are simultaneously getting posted. And to grab some one's attention by a help seeker is no offense. So, move on guys. And few members can study one's "ego" in Fonts & their size - commendable. So, once again i want to emphasize that no one forces anyone to reply to their queries. It a matter of fact that whosoever wants to help, she/ he does that. I am really surprised to see that few ones have really lot of free time make to minced meat of everything.

Well, i have no issue with DIp and his defenders, its just that if you are knowledgeable then remain grounded. And Dip's bad behavior is nothing new in this forum. There are many forumites who have been talking abut this earlier. Seniors like Aashif bhai, Palak, Niagaracalling, Canol are helpful too and that's too with a sensible conduct.

So, sleep over "why did you send a question in Font Size 20" as there are many hard things in life to ponder upon.

Come on dude .. I am not backing up anyone or anyone's behavior .. I am just giving some insight what Dip might be thinking and there might be many others in the forum who may think that way ... I appreciated him being sorry in case he did hurt u with his language "irritating" ...

I just want to help others with whatever knowledge I gained from this forum and I request you to please don't pull me between you and Dip.. You both can discuss through IMs, if there are any concerns .. my intent of my earlier message is not to hurt anyone , its just some insight what others may think and if I did hurt you, my sincere apologies and I will also remove my message for sure

Another July NDVO applicant got 2nd line updated ... I am jumping on my chair .. Imagine a manager jumping in his chair when his direct reportees looking at him ;D ;D .. Now I have to go out and share my joy with my wife 8)

Same here even i am waiting for PER and my status online is showing as "we received your application on sept 04, 2014".
