Finally after a long wait, i have received PER. Thanku god and my awesome forum family

Sent addendum reference letters - 24 th october
Receivedreply from cic on 15 th december to my mail of 24th oct- docs will be attached to my initial application

The key points of my app -
1. Followed document checklist thoroughly.
2. Sent photocopies of reference letters,marksheets,degrees,didnt notarize anything
3. sent affidavit for birth certificate since my 10th marksheet didnt hv my parents name. Made self affidavit as well as from parents
4. My reference letters had a typo of wrong year mentioned in it, to correct this, i sent addendum documents
5. My credit card was told by bank that it wl b replaced with new chip card, but i convinced them to delay this till i get charged by cic, after lots of convincing they finally agreed.
6. I didnt send any letter of employment for a job which was different from my noc since i didnt want points for it.

You all have played a very important role in this and helped me all the way...

Hi experts,

Just to understand, after getting PER how many days it takes to transfer our file to VO, ( NDVO)
means all docs comes back to NDVO through courier again

pls suggest time lines..

kindly suggest,whts the pattern for per send by cic nowdays,i have applied in sep 11 under noc 0121,Dd is cleared as pwr bank but no sign of per...Tried many times to get uci,but dint succede...can anyone tell when i can expect it,also whts chance of ner after charge..

I want to share with you the following and I appreciate your insights:

Application has reached CIC on October 22nd under 2132 category
another mail was sent on October 23 to combine a corrected form which reached CIC on October 27
An email was sent to CIC to confirm the same on October 28
Mode of payment DD: Still not charged according to the bank
UCI: Is available from 2012 and showing ' could not identify you....'
CIC replied the email on December 17 stating:
' Due to the large volume of incoming applications since the new minsterial instructions for federal skilled worker category in May 2014, our office is experiencing a slightly longer delay than normal in the creation of applications. Please allow 1-12 weeks for creation of your record in database'

What does their reply mean in relation to the 207 application of 2132 that are still pending? Doesn't this give an indication that 2132 October applicants are not included in the 207 applicants? I notice that they did not say we could not identify your applications, just talking about creation of application!!

Your insights please.

I hope this can clarify something about the column titled ' pending applications' in the last update. My understanding is that those included only who were DD or CC charged otherwise they will not be classified as waiting for review.

hi Seniors ,

additional tests were done for me & Spouse because of BP. Result was normal !
E Medicals uploaded by hospital on 2nd Dec (Mine ) and 10th Dec (Spouse)
Yet to see 3rd Update in Ecas ! Worried because few rejections because of BP related cases.
Additional tests will cause delay in update or any wrong signal ?

Any Idea how passports needs to be sent to NDVO if someone is outside the country?

I am just wondering if there is any other solution than to change the VO to the country you are residing in. For eg. NDVO to SGVO.

There's a 31st Oct applicant who claims that their application was rejected because IMM5406 was missing. Application came back today. I'm currently in Canada, so should I feel a bit relieved that I have not seen mine returned?

To me, yes, it means Completeness Check is done for october!

A) Once panel doctor upload medical report, VO will update ECAS irrespective of sending Medical certificate by courier to VO.
B) Once medical certificate reach VO by courier, Case officer will see hard copy then update ECAS 3rd line.
Pls clear my doubt.

I think mismatching of JD against intended NOC would result to outright rejection.

This (matching job description) is a major area of concern while submitting application. Sometimes you don't get a proper reference letter, sometimes u cant get it at all.

I applied under NOC 0911, but cant be confident enough, because responsibilities mentioned in my letter matches 50% of the noc description.

Friends - I was applying for FSW. However today I got my Ielts general score which is 5.5 overall.

Reading: 5
Writing: 5.5
Speaking: 6.5
Listinigng: 6

Am I still eligible to apply for FSW or not. Please comment as my all documents are ready and was just waiting for IELTS result
