Second question for the day regarding medicals. I need to send my docs to NDVO(below address)

High Commission of Canada/ Haut-Commissariat du Canada
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi, India/Inde 110021

This seems to be a PO box. Do couriers/Speed Post deliver to PO BOX or does it have to be normal post. I am really scared to send this normal post considering the time frame and no way to track delivery. NDVO brothers please advise.

I initially applied with the status of non accompanying spouse. Since we are having our baby in Mar 2015, we have decided to change the status as accompanying spouse. Now when should I inform London visa office? Should I wait till I get MR or should I raise CSE now?

Whats going on with Ottawa regarding PPR?

Looks like they will start issuing PPR from Jan. 2015 now. Just a guess as no activity from Ottawa for PPR under any program.

P.S. Not being pessimist. Hope you receive PPR soon.
