You will be charged app 60, 000 INR for two people along with bank conversion charges which is usually 3.5%. Since, your credit limit is 70 K INR which seems enough for the purpose but make sure that you shouldn't have any other shopping/charges/blockage by the Bank. Please activate international transactions, if it has not been done so far and also inform your concerned credit card bank about probability of CIC transaction.

The entire process is stressful. After getting your CC charged then comes the waiting for PER, then the MR and so on....

Moderators......there are some members in the forum....kshish.neel-here....etc...not here & there but always and CONSISTENTLY using their local language if its limited to one or two posts its o.k.but these ppl are so ADAMANT & DOMINANT ..
That they ...dont know what complex is this...there are many punjabis..gujratis..tamil...philipino..portugese.spanis.telugu.bengali..mallu and kanadigas...and many more..every body love their mother tongue but still convesate in english...just a day back one of our forumite requested to follow english To keep up STANDARDS of forum....i think this is hights of chauvunism....or insecurity of some ppl from backeard socirty...using defence mechanism but surely its dpoiling quality of forum by MAKING IT A PRIVATE /NARROW CONVERSATION rather than BROAD MIND ORIENTED .INTERNATIONAL DISCUSSION FORUM

Second question for the day regarding medicals. I need to send my docs to NDVO(below address)

Immigration Section/ Section de l’immigration
High Commission of Canada/ Haut-Commissariat du Canada
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi, India/Inde 110021

This seems to be a PO box. Do couriers/Speed Post deliver to PO BOX or does it have to be normal post. I am really scared to send this normal post considering the time frame and no way to track delivery. NDVO brothers please advise.
