You will hear from CIC around January End~ Early Feb when your DD will be charged and with in 20 days of DD charged you will received PER mail. After PER , your application will be sent to Local Visa Office for further processing and that time they will request for PCC.

I'm sending my application this week, no time left for me, Please advise me on the following questions:

1 - Do I have to include all small travel trips in the personal history and address section in the Background Declaration,, will be pain cus I travelled alot last 5 years?

2- Will my wife bank account will be considered for the settlement funds?

3- I'm studnet in Canada now, In case my application failed, does it affect my study permit renewal in the future??,, you now in Generic Application Form they ask you if you apply to stay in Canada permanently or you have rejection in any application in the past.

4- Both me and my wife eligible to apply,, my points are 69, her points are 70. we could not decide if one of the applications better than the other,, Can We submit 2 independence files, In case one didn't make it So we have another chance,, Or there is a role for couple to apply one application ??

5- I'm applying for the NOC 2145, "Petroleum Engineer", I do have 4 years experience as a Petroleum Engineer, but my education background not the same, its Engineering though, but its Electrical Engineering, I switch my career after graduation,, Is that gonna make issue with the VO evaluation.

1 - All of them so start asap.
2 - I am not sure but I don't see why not.
3 - I don't think it will harm your future visa renewal. I got a rejection for a tourist visa this year and I got through the processing of CIO and also a few stages at my local VO.
4 - You can submit 2 applications but you must be aware that only one will be processed at the VO so the fees for the other will be lost. If you send only one please do an extensive check of all the documentation to make sure is a strong application. You won't 't have a second chance to reapply because FSW will be closing by December 31st.
5 - No problem with a difference between studies and job experience.

Want to inform CPC-O as my wife is expecting and need to update passport as it will expire 31 march 2015...what is the best time to inform CPC-O.

you can mark them with "N/A" if they are not applicable. Hope this answer your questions.

I have two credit cards. I am seeing that several applicants are facing the problem of charging the credit card.

[size=10pt]Can I include two credit cards details [/size]because I have two credit cards. Whether CIO will try the second card if they are failed on one credit card?

Has someone done this that they have provided the details of two credit cards.

I don't know that what banks in middle east are doing with credit card, because they are putting 3D security which asks a password but it happens only some websites whereas most of the websites it works fine. Therefore I have obtained two credit cards from two different banks so that if CIO will be unable to process on one credit card they can easily process it on second credit card.

Starting yesterday I started to login to ecas (I got it from call center 3 weeks ago), it show "in process" "We received your application for permanent residence on August 25, 2014".

Is this enough indication that my file has not been returned and PER is on the way?

i jus got 4 times -1 now for posting a query related to EE....
seriously guys.. wats strange in it??? one of my cousin is hving a critical health problem..so i jus wanted to clear ma doubts on his chnce of gettng selected or if not thn about the refund...someone asked me to post it somewhere else...i ddnt mean to bother anyone...with all due respect sir,i dont think thr is any other page as active as this one...if i post it somewhere else,i should probbly wait for ages to get a reply...
