If that is honest and complete. If you are borrowing money to show sufficient settlement funds, if you are hiding liabilities, or if you are claiming that certain assets are liquid and unencumbered so you can show them as settlement funds when in fact they are not liquid or are encumbered, all of those are misrepresentations. It should be clear enough what an asset is and what a liability is, and CIC provides guidance on what settlement funds are.

Not necessarily. CIC provides guidance on what alternatives are acceptable if a birth certificate is unavailable. I suggest reading the guide when in doubt.

Your liabilities are 0.0 CAD
Your settlement funds are 12000 CAD

Guys can someone please suggest the process for getting PPC in New Delhi..? And for how long is it valid..? What ia the right time to proceed with this... M not sure how much timw does it take in getting PPC.. :-(

You can provide PCCs after your application has been forwarded to the local visa office. Don't delay sending your application because of the PCCs. CIC provides guidance on how to obtain PCCs: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/india.asp

As u know,it is very hard to get work experience certificate with letter head from company. I just think that i will not ask my boss for a second time. Should we keep the original one and send the certified copy ?

You can send copies for now. Your local VO may ask to see the original.

u don't have to address to anyone, just start with the heading " TO WHOMSOEVER IS MAY CONCERN"
just make sure the sign/stamp & contact details of employer is there on reference letter

My HR manager is not willing to write TO WHOMSOEVER IS MAY CONCERN. She wants it to address it to the person i intend to send . She clearly mentioned it to me that they dont write such letters for immigration purpose and so i told her that i need it to apply to a univeristy.

I have my offer letter stating my designation and salary. I also have pay stubs. its just this letter with roles and responsiblities missing.

Please help me .

Its very important for u to choose ur local VO as New Delhi...

Since its acting as a super fast VO in the world...

And for UAE --its London...(no need to select that one)

I disagree. Look at the link you yourself have posted. Under UAE it states that "Federal economic immigration applications are processed in London." It could not be any clearer.

Then brother, I can suggest u to take papers from immediate line manager from ur dept (avoiding HR)..

It will also be accepted...

He is an Indian citizen, working temporarily on UAE...

It can either be London or NDVO.

If you chose London VO, then after completion of all formalities u have to submit your visa in UAE emabassy (ur interview will also be in UAE, if any). For this option, you have to provide a proof that u have been resident of UAE for more than a year.

If you chose NDVO, then everything in New Dehli, which may be problematic for u as u may have to stay in India for around 1 month (visa stamping period).

I think he need to chose LONDON, as for GCC countries

For Applications for Permanent Resident Visas is Abu Dhabi but it also has a note under which says Federal economic immigration applications are processed in London

However, he can also chose NDVO, being an Indian national (but have to remain in India during Visa stamping process, which may take a month or so).
